Level II Outcome:
At the end of the second year, the students will demonstrate appreciation of foundational administrative concepts, growing skills in business-intelligent public service, and develop
consciousness for social duty.
PREREQUISITE: None
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Understanding of the language & basic concepts of public administration & its development as a field of study.

transparency, accountability, participation, and rule of law.
2. Develop a high level of appreciation for the demands and challenges of public service, including an understanding of the
roles and responsibilities of public administrators in promoting public welfare.
3. Embrace high ethical values and practices for public service, including accountability, nationalism, and sustainability.
4. Demonstrate a strong sense of duty to promote and protect the public interest, including the ability to identify and address
