a. Disassemble SIM card
Visually check the battery cover (USB Part&rear camera deco and camera lens appearance)
Visually fingerprint appearance&side key appearance
Use the SIM pin to push out the SIM Try vertically and remove the card

b. Disassemble battery cover


The remove tool should be inserted vertically into the gap(side key part ) and remove tool
clockwise from the side key.disassemble the battery cover from the top right corner. When

disassemble the back case, press the finger/cotton swab to make the fingerprint the same as the
back case
When the separation;Finally, take off the battery cover, clean up the battery cover, and the
front cover surface of the battery cover gum, fingerprint adhesive,.Make sure to clean up without
residue

c. Disassembly screw, Speaker box, Rear cover,


1.Remove the 19pcs M1.4*3.2 black screws (note that the screws are not reusable) on the
rear shell and store them separately;Remove the FPC from the Fingerprint
2.Rear cover disassembly: initial disassembly is carried out from the position 1 of
disassembly, and then the upper bracket is disassembled through the position 2. After the
disassembly is completed, visually check whether the lens and DECO after the bracket are
damaged or not.
3.Use tweezers to remove the speaker box from the right side of the speaker (shown)

D. Disassembly battery connector and RF cable

The battery connector is disassembled from mobile phone and

side of the RF cable

E. Disassemble fingerprint FPC connector and front camera


1. Remove the fingerprint FPC, Disassemble the LDC FPC buckle, battery FPC buckle and
sub board PC connector , remove the connectors at both ends of the coaxial lineRF cable, remove
the RF cable, and pay attention to the disassembly processStop tearing

F. Front cooler film&Ground-sponge disassemble


1.Remove the PCBA: Disassemble the PCBA 1 screw;Gently lift the main board from the
disassembly position, and then remove the main board, the front shell before the hole with the
United States tape paste protection;The main board needs to be dismantled PCBA, front cover

gluing paste clean;
2.Remove the small board: loosen the main board 1 screw;Raise the small plate gently from
the disassembly opening position, and then remove the small plate;Remove the small board and
remove the USB cover from the USB seat of the small board

Inspect Inspect shield foil

G. Side key and Vibrator disassemble


1. disassembly port of the side key FPC with forceps. Slowly lift the solder pad area of the
FPC with forceps, then remove the FPC;After removing the FPC, the limit slots of the side keys
on both sides of the front cover should be cleaned

2 disassembly port of the motor FPC with tweezers. Slowly lift the solder pad area of the
FPC with forceps, then remove the FPC;After removing the FPC, the limit slots of the side keys
on both sides of the front shell should be cleaned
3 Slowly lift the disassembly port of the receiver with forceps. Slowly lift the solder pad area
of the FPC with forceps, then remove the FPC;After removing the FPC, the limit slots of the side
keys on both sides of the front shell should be cleaned

H. Disassemble the battery


1. Before freezing, cross the battery with a marker pen. The disassembled battery cannot be

reused
2. Wipe the moisture and foreign matters on the cold plate with a dry cloth, turn on the power
supply and refrigeration switch, and wait for 2 minutes for the equipment to end
3. When the actual temperature drops to the required set temperature (- 40 °), place the
battery surface of the product on the freezing plate and cover the top cover; the freezing
time is 2-3min
4. After freezing to the required time, take out the product, tap the product on the tray to
make the battery fall off, and put the product and battery in categories
5. After removing the battery, tear off the glue as shown in the figure to take out the coaxial
cable
6. The disassembled battery cannot be reused

G. Disassemble the TP module


1. Turn on the heating platform, and regulate temperature controller, set the target

temperature to 80 degrees.
2. Take the front shell assembly, place the front shell assembly TP face down on the heating
platform for heating (the temperature is 70-80 ℃, and the time is 3-5min)
3. Place the heated front shell assembly on the screen removal device for disassembly.
Before disassembly, make sure that the LCD FPC is not pasted to the back glue state.
After the disassembly, take out the front shell and TP
4. Clean the residual glue on the surface of TP and tear off the light guide film
5. Clean the residual glue on the surface of the front shell, remove the heat dissipation
graphite / conductive foam / front photo sealing foam / waterproof rubber cover, take out
the waterproof rubber sleeve, tear off the front camera foam 2, and take out the clip
rubber sleeve
6. Check whether there are dirt and foreign matters in the front tapping hole. If there is dirt
and foreign matter, clean it and paste the protective tape of front clapper to the front
tapping hole of TP
7. Make sure that the LCD FPC is not glued to the back before disassembly
