Canada Malunga is the Chief Executive Officer of Masimba Holdings Limited.

He is a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe,
former Chairman of the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority, and a non-executive
Director at FBC Holdings Limited. Canada has a wealth of experience in
infrastructure & contracting, manufacturing, financial services, and property development.

Anesu Daka is the Founder & Group CEO of Docere (CAA, TAS), and Empower Foundation.
He is a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for Old Mutual Zimbabwe and
The CEO Africa Roundtable. Anesu is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) Counselor, Technical Advisor on the International Federation of Accountants
(IFAC) PAIB Advisory Group, and a Member of the Africa Integrated Reporting Committee.
Anesu is a Financial Reporting Expert and a Lecturer. He is the Presidential Commissioner
for Pension & Insurance Loss of Value Commission.
He is a Teacher by Purpose, an Entrepreneur by Practice and a Chartered Accountant

Tawanda Collins Muzamwese
Tawanda Collins Muzamwese is an International Consultant in Sustainability. He has carried out

audits, training and consultancy in more than 100 businesses drawn from 30 countries across
the world. He has trained over 5000 people in ESG. Tawanda is the Chief Sustainability Consultant
and Founder of Toxiconsol Consultancy t/a African Sustainability Consultants.
He received a Master of Environment and Energy Management (Cum Laude/Distinction)
from Universiteit Twente, Netherlands and Bsc (Hons) Applied Environmental Science
(Distinction/First Class) from the University of Zimbabwe.
In 2022, he received the Alumni Impact Award from the United States Department of State
in Washington DC by the United States Government, in recognition of his global contributions
to sustainable development over the last 14 years.

Wadzanayi B. Phiri is the Founder and CEO of Coronation Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a leading management
consulting practice whose services include Actuarial, Financial, Governance, Risk & Compliance.
She is a holder of an MBA, Bachelor of Business Administration, Diploma in Insurance,
certificates in Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management.
She spent 20 years working in the insurance and pensions industry in Zimbabwe, had regional
exposure in Malawi and Botswana. She worked for 0Id Mutual, AON, Comarton Consultants and
Marsh a division if Marsh & McLennan before establishing Coronation in 2018.

Irvine Sithole
Irvine Sithole holds a MSc Information Systems Management and a BSc Information Systems (Hons)
from the Midlands State University. Irvine holds numerous certifications and accreditation from
internationally recognised ICT institutions namely Cisco, CompTIA, EXIN Axelos, ICSI, Microsoft,
Linux and Agile Project Management. Irvine was instrumental in the Automation of ZSE trading
platform, the Debt Market project as well as being the Lead Project Leader on the design and
implementation of Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX) and VFEX Depository. Irvine was also key
in the development of the C-Trade Mobile platform as a security committee member and the
development of the ZSEDIRECT and VFEXDIRECT platforms. He has over 15 years’ experience in
ICT, 8 of which are in the Capital markets sector. In addition to the above, Irvine has worked in
ICT consultancy and does a lot of Governance Training.

Ruth Doreen Mutebe is a Certified Internal Auditor, qualified accountant, Certified Director, senior
banker with Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit experience, acknowledged as an effective
leader with strategic vision at senior corporate and has over 15 years of experience working
across all sectors. She holds various certifications and is also a trainer certified by the Institute of
Internal Auditors-Florida, USA, and a Graduate of Advanced Leadership from The Wharton School
of Executive Education (USA), and Creative Metier (England). Ruth is the Chairman of the
AFIIA Governing Council, and she is currently the Head of Internal Audit at Umeme Limited
(A major electricity distributor in Uganda).

Lysias Chiwozva is the General manager of Strategy, Risk and Compliance at Zimplats (Pvt) Ltd. He sits on
the Audit and Risk Committee. Lysias also sits on SHEC board committee as member of the executive
committee. He holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering (First Class) from NUST,
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zimbabwe,
graduate of the Institute of Risk Management (UK) with a Merit in Advanced International Diploma in
Risk Management, leading to conferment of the status of full Member (MIRM) and Msc Risk Management
from De Montfort University’s Leicester Business School (United Kingdom) passed with a Merit. Lysias
is also a member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (ZIE), Southern Africa Institute of
Industrial Engineers (SAIIE), South African Institute of Mechanical Engineering (SAIMechE), Engineering
Council of South Africa (ECSA) and Institute of Risk Management (IRM). He was previously employed
at ZIMASCO (Kwekwe Division) and ASSMANG CHROME (Machadodorp Works, South Africa).
