Refueling System
Configuration:
The DC genset configuration includes a diesel engine, PM alternator, fully automated controller and
sensors to provide feedback on the performance of the unit. The PM alternator is directly mounted onto
the flywheel of the engine. This eliminates all bearings (components prone to failure) and decreases
maintenance of the whole genset. The automated controller responds according to the load requirements and
controls the RPM of the engine that leads to higher efficiency.

Hybrid Ready Gensets
As industries turn towards hybrid solutions to reduce emissions and improve efficiency, our DC
genset offers an ideal solution. Equipped with a DCDG intelligent controller, our genset can
manage power from renewable sources to charge the battery pack or supply power directly to the
load. The engine can also be used as a backup power source or to provide additional assistance
based on the load requirements. With its hybrid capabilities, our genset provides a versatile and
reliable power solution for a range of applications, including Off-Grid/Mobile locations and
emergency situations.
Our hybrid-ready DC genset, is an excellent choice for industries looking to reduce their
environmental impact while improving their energy efficiency. When used as a hybrid genset, this
system can significantly reduce fuel consumption and emissions, making it a more sustainable
power solution. Moreover, the DCDG controller optimizes power management to ensure efficient
use of renewable energy and minimize wastage.
