4. Administer the RPL Istruments (Data gathering and self assessment checklist)
5. Continue the Orientation
• CBT
• Seven Principles of CBT
• Role of Trainer and Trainee
• Discuss the use of CBLM
• Workshop and its stations
6. Conduct Pre-assessment
• Pre-test should be given right away after orientation
• Remember to discuss RPL before the distribution of modules
7. Then distribute CBLM to the trainees. Then Assign trainees to their respective workstations
8. Monitor activities continuously and provide feedback.
9. Update the achievement & progress chart.
10. Conduct Institutional Assessment
11. Conduct post-test.
12. Evaluate session by giving Session Evaluation Form to the trainees.

Note:

• It is important that you have presence of mind.


• Sequence of discussion or demonstration must be shown while presenting.
• All the materials needed in demonstration must be ready to facilitate the training.
• Do not use props, instead use the actual learning tools/materials.

Areas for Improvement:

• Self confidence
• Use power point presentation in a sequence base on the criteria checklist.
• Eye to eye contact while discussing the topic.
• Utilize the electronic media while presenting power point.
• Loud and clear voice.

REMINDERS:

1. It’s a must that the Dummies should interact with the Facilitator during the Demonstration
2. The trainer should wear their qualification’s appropriate uniform, wear semi-formal if there’s non
3. Dummies should pay attention to the trainer’s instruction and should answer the written forms given to them
during the actual demonstration

STEPS INSTRUCTIONS & SAMPLE SCRIPT
1. PREPARATORY ACTIVITY You will be given 5 mins by the assessors to prepare the
CBT area’s signage, the tools and equipment that you will
be using on the practical work area and institutional
assessment area, set up your electronic media equipment
for the demonstration.
