5. Continue the Orientation
• CBT
• Seven Principles of CBT
• Role of Trainer and Trainee
• Discuss the use of CBLM
• Workshop and its stations
6. Conduct Pre-assessment
• Pre-test should be given right away after orientation
• Remember to discuss RPL before the distribution of modules
7. Then distribute CBLM to the trainees. Then Assign trainees to their respective workstations
8. Monitor activities continuously and provide feedback.
9. Update the achievement & progress chart.
10. Conduct Institutional Assessment
11. Conduct post-test.
12. Evaluate session by giving Session Evaluation Form to the trainees.
Note:
• Self confidence
• Use power point presentation in a sequence base on the criteria checklist.
• Eye to eye contact while discussing the topic.
• Utilize the electronic media while presenting power point.
