TEST DATA SHEET
Requirement: ASTM D4956 6.4, 80% of ASTM D4956 Tables 4 & 5 (Type III & IV),
0.2° observation only
Exposure: ASTM G7, 36 months (12 months Workzone), AZ & FL,
Direct 45° South exposure, open backing
Exposure Lab: Q-Lab, report #s: CSL-27 & CSL-28
Test Method: ASTM E810 - Test Distance 100 feet (30.5 m)
Reflex Area: 3 in. x 6 in., 0.125 ft² (76 mm x 152 mm, 0.0116 m²)
Samples mounted on 0.040" thick 3" x 9" aluminum panels and weathered for
the specified time in Desert and Tropical climates. Samples were washed
in a mild detergent solution and dried after exposure. Unexposed areas at
the top and bottom of each panel were masked leaving a 3" x 6" exposed
area for testing. Coefficient of Retroreflection (RA) measured as per 6.2.

4" each of two (2) 1"x6" sheeting samples were bonded to 0.040" thick
degreased and acid-etched 6061-T6 aluminum panels. After conditioning for
a minimum of 24 hours, a 0.79kg weight was hung from the free end of
sample 90° to the panel. After 5 minutes, the peel distance was measured.

Three (3) 3" x 3" samples of sheeting mounted to 0.020" thick aluminum
substrate were placed firmly on the specified agar medium and exposed to
Aspergillus niger inoculum (AATCC Number 6275) for 14 days incubation
period. Upon completion of incubation period, samples visibly examined
for fungus growth then wiped with a 70% ethanol solution. Cleaned samples
then visually examined for pitting and textured surface.
Sample Results
3930 White No fungal growth, surface texturing, or pitting.
