Anion understands that for kilns with extremely high temperatures, sometimes a liquid
spray with a long applicator wand is the more desirable application method. Anion Slick-
Spray is a highly effective kiln tire spray lubricant and is the proven answer to this
problem.

Fortunately, Anion's plant predictive maintenance product line includes Slick-Spray™, an
exceptional kiln tire spray lubricant that is the only one of its kind to exhibit intermolecular
attraction properties. Slick-Spray™ provides premium metal adhesion and greater load
carrying characteristics than any other liquid support pad lubrication available on the
market. Best of all, Slick-Spray™ is easy to apply with a small, pressurized sprayer
outfitted with an articulated spray nozzle.

Description:
Anion Slick-Spray™ is a high-performance solution containing special (EP) Extreme
Pressure Additives, and performs well in the most extreme environments.

Slick-Spray™ is a concentrate & can be diluted to the customer's needs. Slick Spray is
purposefully formulated for use in high-temperature applications for the lubrication of the
kiln shell/tire interface on Rotary Kilns.

Slick-Spray™ Also Includes:


Metal Adhesion Additive’s, Premium Refined Copper powder (PRCP), Unique Expandable
Graphite, Natural Binders (NB) For A More Stable Suspension.

Method of Use: Anion Slick-Spray™ can be brushed, dipped or sprayed on a surface


depending on application. It may be diluted with distilled or deionized
water as required. Upon dilution, proper agitation should be employed
to maintain graphite and solids in suspension during application.

Precautions: The customary safeguards employed when storing, handling and


applying industrial coatings should be observed. To prevent
contamination, the container should be sealed when not in use .

Container Size: Case of (4) 1 gallon cans, 5-gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
