    OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY

    MINUTES OF THE SANGUNIANG KABATAAN OFFICIALS OF BARANGAY BUGTONG NAULID,MIAGAO,


    ILOILO HELD AT THE BARANGAY HALL ON JUNE 12, 2021 AT 3:00 IN THE AFTERNOON.

    I. CALL TO ORDER:
    The meeting was called to order by the presiding officer at 3:00 in the afternoon. A
    minute prayer was led by SK Kagawad NOMANANAP KAYE

    II. ROLL CALL:


    Since there s an attendance sheet being signed by the members as they come inside the
    Barangay Hall and the presence of quorum was determined, the roll call was dispensed with.

    III. READING AND ADDOPTION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES;

    The minutes of previous session was read on motion of Kagawad Clarice crespo and
    seconded by kagawad Jay Karl Gelladula,the presiding officer declared the adoption of
    the previous minutes without correction.

    IV. BARANGAY ISSUES AND CONCERNS:


    1. Barangay Anti-Drug AbuseCouncil
    - Punong Barangay Rene Natinga explained to the residents on the effects of drugs,
    and he is thankful that there is no case in the barangay and that the barangay is
    already declared as drug-free barangay. He told the parents to monitor their
    children to avoid drug related cases in the barangay.

    2. Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000


    - PB Rene Natinga told the residents to avoid burning plastics for it is very dangerous
    to everbodys health.

    V. OPEN FORUM:

    1. Mrs. Loreto dela Torre asked about the status of the 100,000 worth of project. PB Rene
    Natinga said that the first target project was cancelled. He said that the residents can
    suggest on what projects to be implemented in the barangay that is needed.
    2. Mrs. Loreto dela Torre inquired on what ordinances were passed in the barangay and if
    ever there are ordinances, the council should review and implement the said
    ordinances.
    3. Mrs. Loreto dela Torre also asked if there is an ordinance relating to curfew for minors,
    and PB Rene Natinga said that the barangay adopted the municipal ordinance on curfew
    for minors and that parents should be also discipline their children to observe the
    curfew hours.

    VI. ADJOURNMENT:
    There being no more business to take up, the assembly meeting was adjourned at
    exactly 5:30 in the afternoon on motion of Kagawad Arnil Nuevaexcija and duly
    seconded by Amy Amour Natinga.
