Preamble

This value article is designed for those who are starting their new professional life or are
novices in marketing or have current financial constraints.

This is typically for those who want to play bold and are ready to be fascinated in the
market rather than just playing easy with normal ads or an inorganic approach.

The best way to learn this is as follows.

Look you will always need trust to do any business.

Trust needs value + time and attention.

This is only possible with Human beings.

Now there are two different ways to approach a business.

Point 1: >> People who know you --- usually we call them as warm leads

Poitn 2>> People who are strangers - these people are called cold leads.

For warm leads, if you want to know how to engage them and extract business
intelligence or closures - write to me at [email protected]

This article is all about the Cold outreach method only.

This means that you are initiating the first “Hello or HI” to a complete stranger.

Here are the probabilities that can happen

- All info confidential - All Rights reserved 2024 | www.amitnath.in

● You can be taken as a negative person and they would like to keep their distance
from you
● You can be taken as entertainment and people would just pass time and feel
good
● You can be taken as an important person who can solve the current pain and
problem and people would love to be connected with you.
● You can be seen as a God who has already cured pain and problems in the past
and has a load of credibility and people book appointments to get your service or
products.

In business, everyone loves to be the last one mentioned above.

Here are the next levels from the bottom

1. Problem awareness [Current / Global]

2. Pain awareness [Self]
3. Search Awareness
4. Solution Awareness
5. Product Awareness
6. Specialist Awareness
7. Affordability Awareness
8. Availability Awareness
9. COI - Cost of inaction Awareness
10. Future Satisfaction Awareness / Risk Reversal Awareness

Here are the cold communication techniques for strangers who are at the lowest
level of the triangle - which means they do not know what they dont know.

And your task is to bring them up the value ladder slowly.

Key strategies for writing Cold Outreach Emails

The top industry leaders, often referred to as "top guns", requires a strategic approach
that respects their time and positions. Here are key strategies to consider:

Research Thoroughly: Understand their background, achievements, current

projects, and interests. This information will help you tailor your message to be
relevant and engaging.

Be Concise and Direct: High-level executives are extremely busy, so get straight
to the point. Avoid lengthy introductions. Your email should be readable in under
a minute.

Start with a Strong Subject Line: The subject line should be compelling enough
to grab their attention. Make it clear, specific, and intriguing without being
clickbaity.

Personalize Your Approach: Use the research you've done to personalize your
email. Reference their work, speeches, or publications to show that you're not
sending a generic message.

Clearly State Your Intent: Be upfront about why you are reaching out. Whether it's
seeking advice, proposing a collaboration, or offering a service, make your
intentions clear from the start.

Offer Value: Explain what’s in it for them. This could be a unique opportunity, a
solution to a problem they might have, or valuable insights. Make it clear that
you're not just asking for a favor.

Be Respectful of Their Time: Propose a specific, brief time slot for a meeting or
call, or let them know you are flexible and can adjust to their schedule.

- All info confidential - All Rights reserved 2024 | www.amitnath.in

Include a Clear Call to Action: What do you want them to do after reading your
email? Make it easy for them to say yes.

Professional Tone: Maintain a tone that is professional yet warm. Avoid overly
casual language but also don’t be too formal or stiff.

Follow-Up Wisely: If you don’t hear back, it’s okay to send a follow-up email after
a week or two. However, avoid being pushy or sending too many follow-ups.

It's me, DADA, or as you officially know me, Dt. AMIT NATH. We've been on quite the journey

today, diving into the nuts and bolts of LinkedIn, figuring out how to make those cold messages

warmer, and just generally how to be a pro at this networking gig.

But you know what? All this talk, all these strategies, they're really just about one thing:

connecting. It's about reaching out, making that first move, and starting conversations that

could lead anywhere.

So, here's my casual invite to you. Why not hit me up? Let's chat, share ideas, or just talk about

where we see ourselves in this ever-connected world. I'm all about making connections that

matter, and hey, you never know where a simple "hello" might lead.

Don't be a stranger. Reach out, and let's make our professional journey one heck of an

adventure. After all, in the grand scheme of things, it's those connections, those shared

moments, that really make the difference.

Catch you on the flip side?
