Mr. Sahibul C/O M/S MD.Bablu called Mr. Vishnu Kumar (Steel foreman) at 02:47 PM regarding the incident. Immediately Mr. Vishnu Kumar reached 02:48 PM and he has given services information to EHS Personnel Mr. Ashutosh Mishra. Mr. Ashutosh reached at 02:49 PM along with the electrician. Ashutosh called the emergency vehicle and the electrician shutdown the panel. Mr. Ashutosh Mishra given CPR to the victim. Emergency vehicle was arrived the location at 02:51 PM. Rescue team arrived at 02:51 PM with stretcher. PSP First-Aider Mr. Pradeep kumar reached with emergency vehicle and he has given primary first-aid treatment to victim and referred to PSP OHC Centre. Victim was taken on stretcher at 02:53 PM For further medical treatment Ambulance departed from site to OHC PSP at 02:54 PM. Victim was shifted to OHC for treatment at 02:55 PM. Very good and quick response from the staff & workmen. Emergency vehicle driver taken few minutes to arrived at OHC Communication properly made from incident site to site engineer, safety officer/ supervisor. All staffs and workmen were explained about the emergency evacuation procedure. Mock Drill the attendance of 90% can be considered good but the awareness among the workers and the staffs to be increased.
