1. Prayer by Maam Monisa G. Templado-Teacher III (Kindergarten Adviser)
Mr Lynbert C. Maloloy-on, the school Principal welcomed all attendees and called the meeting to
Order at 3:00 PM.
7. Coordinatorship:
The principal stressed to the concern coordinator to function their jobs well to avoid the delay of reports.
8. Establish Homeroom functional PTA Officers:
There should be a functional Homeroom PTA officers in each classroom, means that officers determine,
implement the goals, events, activities and projects for the school year. Supports the various school
functions. Advocates for students, parents, faculty and staff with primary intent to optimize our children’s
learning environment. Including the primary and basic needs of the respective classroom for whatever little
improvement to be tackled. Homeroom project is within the scope of the school Annual Implementation
Plan
(AIP).
9. Classroom Television
This is newly DepEd guidelines to have Smart TV in each classroom. The budget charged against school
local MOOE. The Principal allocated budget for the said project.
10. Other Matters:
Attendees were given opportunity to raise any questions/clarifications, concerns or suggestions. The
problems on pupil’s behavior the unenroll learners, lacking documents.
11. Announcement and closing Remarks:
The Principal concluded the meeting by thanking all attendees for their participation and contributions.
Important announcements were made, including the submission of DTR. The meeting was adjourned at 4:35
PM.

pambansang awit. Then, opening remarks by the school Principal sir Lynbert C. Maloloy-on.
Then discussion about sa mga agenda. First is handwashing paningkamotan nga next week ma ok na.
Daun ang brigade kada bulan ang schedule 3 hrs kada ginikanan. Then, compost pit tarungun ang compost
pit next month e divide ang parents apil ang mga miyembro sa pantawid. Naay attendance. Next room
repair, need na gyud e repair ang school kay guba na. dayun fencing, isa sa mga project nga pagahimuon sa
mga ginikanan o himuong project sa mga ginikanan ug skwelahan sa room, next month sugdan sa brigade
schedule. Sa school garden sir Moly Abellar ang incharge. Bahin sa pathway, nag propose ug cement
pathway. Sa brigade schedule next month apil ayuhun ang tubig ug CR. Next ang bahin sa scouting. Ug
kinsa ang gustong muapil ang PLTC kay 360.00/scout (kaon ug registration) ang 100.00 ang school moy mo
shoulder. Ang ubang project nga dili makaya sa ginikanan ug skwelahan kai mangayo ug tabang sa barangay
sa pondo sa educational fund share nga 1%, 2.8 Million per annum ang IRA sa barangay. School MOOE is
22, 325/ month diri gekuha ang school supplies ug mga gamit para sa room. Daun gisunod ang election sa
bag-ong opisyales sa GPTA.

Principal I
In response to the growing need for multimedia resources in education the Division of Zamboanga
del Norte with our very own brilliant Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Roy C. Tuballa, initiated the
project “One Television Unit Per Classroom” which aims to provide classrooms with television sets
throughout the division. This project also aimed to integrate and enhance teaching effectiveness, increase
learners’ engagement and facilitate multimedia-based learning experiences.
The commitment of Dipopor Elementary School teaching and non-teaching personnel to support the
program’s implementation is highlighted, along with the cooperation of stakeholders who continually
provide support to the school.
The initiative began with thorough assessment of classroom needs and technical requirements.
Following this, procurement procedures were initiated to acquire suitable television units installation team
was deployed to ensure seamless integration into each classroom considering optimal positioning and
connectivity. The project commenced with meticulous planning, involving a multi-disciplinary team of
educators, administrators and technical experts. Comprehensive needs assessments were conducted to
identify the requirements of each classroom, including considerations for space, connectivity, and
pedagogical adjectives. Following this a procurement process was initiated to acquire suitable television
units prioritizing features such as screen size, resolution, and compatibility with educational software.
The introduction of television units into classrooms revolutionized traditional teaching
methodologies providing Teachers with a versatile tool to enhance their instructional materials. Teachers
embrace the opportunity to supplement textbooks and lectures with engaging multimedia content, including
educational videos, documentaries and virtual simulations. This diversified approach to instruction catered
to the diverse learning styles and preferences of students fostering deeper understanding and retention of key
concepts.
Learners responded enthusiastically to the incorporation of televisions into their learning
environment actively engaging with the visual resources presented. The interactive nature of multimedia
content encouraged collaborative learning experiences with students eagerly participating in discussions

group activities and hands-on experiments facilitated by the televisions. Feedback from both teachers and
learners emphasized the transformative impact of the multimedia technology on teaching and learning
outcomes, citing increased motivation comprehension and academic performance.
In conclusion, this project represents significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to fostering
innovative and inclusive learning environments. By harnessing the power of multimedia technology, we
have empowered teachers to engaging impactful instruction while inspiring learners to actively participate in
their educational journey. As we continue to embrace the opportunities afforded by digital innovation, we
remain steadfast in our dedication to providing every student with the tools and resources they need to
succeed in the 21st century and beyond.

Teachers utilized the televisions to supplement their instructional materials with multimedia content,
including educational videos, documentaries and interactive presentations. Students actively engaged with
the visual resources. Fostering a dynamic and immersive learning experience. The televisions facilitated
diverse learning styles and catered to varied educational interests, contributing to improved student
engagement and knowledge retention. The units were utilized in each classroom from kinder to grade 6 in
teaching learning process.
Feedback from educators and students was overwhelmingly, positive, highlighting the effectiveness
of the televisions in enhancing teaching and learning experiences. Teachers reported increased
student participation and deeper understanding of concepts presented through multimedia resources.
Students expressed enthusiasm for the interactive learning opportunities facilitated by the televisions
noting greater interest and motivation in classroom activities.
