1. Meeting called to order at 1:00 p.m. by 7-Daisy Adviser, Mrs. Jenefer S. Babanto
2. The following is the agreed new set of Homeroom PTA Officers for school year 2018-2019:
President: SALOME S. CUEVAS

Auditor: ARGIE RAMOS

3. Mrs. Babanto reiterated the following school’s rules and regulations:
 The school never allows boys to have long hair; in short they should always observe proper
haircut.
 Students should wear proper school uniform every day except Wednesday.
 On Wednesdays, students will wear their PE Uniform. Students who fail to wear proper
uniform/attire will be called to office.
 Student’s behavior, tardiness and absences will be recorded by the adviser and subject teachers
so that in case the parents would want to know the status of their children, there is a record to
serve as basis. If the student fails to send a notice (excuse letter) to the teacher as to the reason
of his absence, he shall therefore be subject to be “dropped” for that school year. In addition, the
teacher will send letters to the parents and conduct home visits if cases like this occur.
 Mrs. Babanto reminded the parents of the transferees (other municipalities) to follow up the
Form 137 of their children from their previous school and be reminded to have their children’s
birth certificate to be NSO Authenticated.
 Mrs. Munlan the class vice president suggested that if the parent cannot attend any school
activities such as pintakasi and quarterly meeting if by chance they would just send letter
informing the adviser that they cannot attend because they have to attend very important
matter such as life and death emergencies, and to those parents who didn’t attend and with out
valid reason they will donate something inside the classroom, and this suggestion was seconded
by all the parents.
 HRPTA PROJECT was also discussed by the parents Mrs. Cuevas suggested that we will donate
Two (2) stand fan and it was seconded all by the parents.
 Absences was also discussed by Mrs. Babanto informing all the parents that if the students
reached 20% absences of the school year he/ she will immediately be dropped or consider as
dropped.
 Grading system in ARALING PANLIPUNAN (every component)
Written Works - 30%
Performance Task - 50%
Quarterly Assessment - 20%

1. School Based Immunization
2. Releasing of Cards
Proceedings:
1. Meeting called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Grade 7 Advisers, Mrs. Zia-Jean L. Romea (Rose), Mrs.
Arjeli Joy M. Simbol (Sampaguita) and Mrs. Jenefer S. Babanto.
2. The School Head, Dr. Cańonero gave the parents awareness on the importance of immunization
to their children. He also emphasized the proper wearing of uniform inside the school campus.
3. The Municipal Nurses conducted the School Based Immunization program to Grade 7 Students
with their parents’ presence.
4. The advisers releases the cards and gave certificates to deserving students. They also remind
the parents the behavior of their children, especially with their lacking of outputs to different
subjects.

Proceedings:
 Meeting called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Grade 7 Advisers, Mrs. Zia-Jean L. Romea (Rose), Mrs.
Arjeli Joy M. Simbol (Sampaguita) and Mrs. Jenefer S. Babanto.
 Advisers gave awards to Honor students for 3rd quarter and giving of certificates to their
Parents.
 The New School Head, Shirley Mapa Siason gave the parents awareness on giving discipline to
their children if they will be having a bad behavior. She also emphasized the proper wearing of
uniform inside the school campus and for asking the full support of her leadership.
 The advisers releases the cards and they also remind the parents to monitor their students’
performance in the school so that they would know what could be the outputs/projects to be
passed to different subjects.
