    Attendance: 100%
    Objectives:
     Enhance and update teachers’ knowledge, skills, and competencies in order to
    improve the quality of education they provide, including professional growth,
     Ensure that teachers are familiar with and can effectively implement any changes or
    updates to the curriculum, educational standards, policies.
     Equip teachers with strategies for addressing the diverse needs of students, including
    those with different learning styles, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.

    NARRATIVE REPORT
    INTRODUCTION:
    In-service training plays a vital role in ensuring that teachers are well-prepared and equipped to meet
    the evolving needs of students and the educational landscape. It contributes to the overall
    improvement of the education system by promoting excellence in teaching and learning.
    In-service training for teachers enhances the teaching profession, benefiting students, schools, and the
    education system by preparing educators for high-quality education in an evolving educational
    landscape.
    As stipulated in DepEd Order No. 22 s.2023 entitled Implementing Guidelines on the School
    Calendar and Activities for the school year 2023-2024. LFES conducted the School In-Service
    Training for teachers with the following topics:

    II. HIGHLIGHTS
    Each day, mini opening program was held and inspirational messages were given by the school
    principal. All speakers discussed the assigned topics comprehensively and outputs were done by the
    participants. Learning and practicing various strategies and techniques are expected such as; Content
    Knowledge Enhancement, Pedagogical Techniques, Technology Integration, Assessment and
    Evaluation, Classroom Management and diversity of learners.
