    Description:
    Form Blocks
    JC Form blocks system are precast concrete
    panels used as a concrete form in lieu of
    conventional shin form and framed phenolic
    board system.

    Concrete precast wall form blocks are best for


    load bearing and non-load bearing wall,
    retaining wall, shear wall, party wall, partition
    wall, insulation wall, fire wall.

    Two concrete panels joined together by flat
    steel dowels to form a set of blocks
    3270 PSI for 7 days curing
    Light weight. Averaging 19 – 21 kilos per set

    Installing JC form blocks can easily be handled by one to two persons. Checking of
    alignment during installation ensures quality of work.

    Concrete Filler

    Pouring:
    Concrete filler must be poured ½ - ¾
    height of the topmost layer of JC Form
    Blocks. Use of rods to tamp the infill
    adds up quality of work.

    Concrete mix may vary base on the


    projects’ requirement.
