IMPORTANT !!
Checking before running
● You should confirm that the gland nut is tight before start.
● When the instrument in using, Single phase outlet to make sure it grounded firmly.
● When it in working,it should ensure that its working voltage within the prescribed scope. If the
instrument can not work normally, please check the power supply firstly.
● To ensure the safty of the instruments and the operator, the setting value speed should less than the
max speed when it in running.
● After power off, please wait more than 3 mins and then open the power.
● Please loading the four cups in the same time when the instruments in running,The quality
devistion of centrifugal tube with the samples should be less than 5g, and must be symmetricalin the
rotors. Two ear line of cups should towards the center of motor shaft.
● In order to avoide accident, you should setting the cups like the picture below:
● The environment have good ventilation, should be 30cm between the wall and other equipments
● Checking the threaded parts such as in the screw, motor shaft and rotational parts,it should use
grease if it is dry
● The chamber should be dry, checking rotors and adapter have admixture or not, do cleaning in
time.
● Continuous use the rotors, rotor is fixed on the motor shaft, rotor nut unscrewing two laps, loose
rotor, then tighten.
● Rotor vertical on the motor shaft, tighten the bolt and rotor.
● Pay attention to the max speed of glass tube, it will have breakage risk when the speeds reach to
more than 4000 RPM.
● When the sample density is more than 1.2 g/m, the max speed must be reduced accordingly.

1. Safety Caution
1.1 Attention in using
1.1.1 Before connecting power
1.1.1.1 The voltage specification of power supply must be same as the input voltage, it should be
single-phase 220V 50Hz to ensure safety ground.
1.1.1.2 In transportation, the rotor head must be removed from the inner barrel and packed alone.
1.1.1.3 Before start, you should checking cracks and corrosion in all rotors and tubes, if find, must be
replaced.
1.1.1.4 You should use the rotors which shipped along with the instruments, when setting the rotor
system, the instruments must be in power off.
1.1.1.5 Keep the chamber cleaning, prevent impurities drop in, if find ,must be ruled out.
1.1.2 In the processing
1.1.2.1 Equipped with magnetic rotor identification system preventsthe rotor from overspeeding
1.1.2.2 After parameter setting,Key””enter for confirmation
1.1.2.3 In “ADD” and “DEC” process, it is normal when you find a short vibration, there is no
necessary to off the power or key “stop”.
1.1.2.4 If loses power in process or forced off the power switch, please not open the door, you should
wait the motor stop(it need about 5~10 mins)
1.1.2.5 When the processing stopped, remember open the door and take the samples out, if you not
open the door, the next centrifugal is not allowed.
1.1.3 After using
1.1.3.1 Please check if there is water in the chamber after running, if you find water, you can remove
the rotor and wipe with soft cloth, keep the chamber cleaning.
1.1.3.2 Please protect the instruments, especially the rotors and tube in order to prevent the polluted
by acid and alkali liquid, you can use soft cloth with neutral cleaning fluid wipe the rotors and
chamber to keep they are dry.
1.1.4 The instruments should stop when it continuous works 60 mins in one time.

3. Working principle
In operating, place the containers(bottles, tubes) which fill with the test solution into the holes in
rotors, rely on the motor drive high speed rotating to generate RCF to separate the test solution, the
RCF value depends on the rotation radius (r) and speed (n):
RCF=1.118×10 -5 ×n 2 ×r(×g)……………………(1)
n——Speed(r/min)
r——Turning radius(cm)
R min
R max

2) running according to the setting time : When the “Time”window display the data,
press”time setting ”key one time, it will blink the current time, press number keys setting
the required time and press ”Enter” for confirmation. When the “Time” window
display ,
(means it in continuous running ) , Press “Time” key, the “Time” window will blink a
number, such as 60, press the number keys again for modifying the required time, press
“Enter” for confirmation.
5.3.2.2 Setting Speed
Press”rpm” key, and then number keys for setting the speed, after press”Enter” for confirmation. If
the speed changed, the relevant RCF also will changed accordingly and displayed in the window.
5.3.2.3 Setting RCF : press”RCF” key, and then number keys for setting the RCF value, after
press”Enter” for confirmation. If the RCF changed, the relevant speed also will changed accordingly.
NOTICE: The speed and RCF are set interaction, when both are modified, the later one shall be
the right one.
5.3.2.4 Program mode
There are 20 program memory and 15 acceleration and deceleration rates for standard runs, in each
program, you can storage the time, speed, RCF, add speed and decrease speed, it will help the user
setting according to their requirements
If you want to modify the program mode, press “Prog” key, the window will blink, it means that the
mode in current program mode, press number keys for modifying directly untill you get your
required mode, press “Enter” for confirmation is fine.
If you want to do modify on the content in the program mode, press “Prog” twice, the “Time”
window will blink, please reference 5.3.2.1~ 5.3.2.3, you can do setting or modifying on “Time”,
“rpm”, “RCF”. After setting press”Enter” for confirmation. “Add speed” window will blink and
display the current content in this mode, now you can modify by the number keys, after press
“Enter”,the “RCF” begin to blink, press number keys for modify, “Enter” for confirmation, and then
the “DEC speed” blink and display the current content, press number keys for modifying and
“Enter”for confirmation, a new programing is completed and saved.

7. Repair and Maintenance
7.1 The cup should be used in its working life 5 years, the cup needs to be changed if over
the due.
7.2 Not hit the rotor with sharp and hard materials,in transportation or installment , damage
must be avoided, prevent the scratching or other damage which will lead the rotor make
cracks in it.
7.3 You should check the rotor regularly to find if it have corrosion pit/groove/tiny cracks in
it, if you find, please not use it again, and you should contact the manufacturer.
7.4 In the case of sample dipping or dropping on the rotor, the rotor must be stopped and
remove them then clean it partly.
7.5 For protecting oxide layer on the rotor in cleaning the rotors, please wet sponge or
cotton cloth with detergent, and then se distilled water to remove detergent or use 70% ethyl
alcohol to do it, then invert it for drying
7.6 Cut off power when the instruments being not in work
13
8. Special tips and disclaimer
◆Procedure operation must be followed strictly ,especially balancing 、 rotor、 adapter
fixed in the exact position 、 screw tightening 、 is there any crack and corrosion on
accessories.
◆Ensure the chamber, rotor, adapter dry and clean, or some accessories will be corroded in
this kind of environment.
◆Not following the above instructions is belong to human error, which will not be in the
scope of machine quality and warranty. once serious accidents like the phenomenon of
high voice、 even bears breaking、rotor flying out of the chamber etc appears , the user will
have to undertake the corresponding grave consequences.
◆The rotor should be used in its working life, the rotor out of date needs to be changed or
delivered to the manufacturer for balancing. If don’t do it like this, any result will be in the
charge of the owner.
