    Trouble Shooting for Wrong position lighting

    Wrong position lighting during online process


    Step 1: Delete the printing task in the printer driver of computer.
    Control Panel-- Handware and Sound-Devices and Printers(refer to photo as below).
    Step 2: Press ENTER/Auto button, the flatbed moves back completely.
    Step 3: Press CANCEL button, the wrong position lamp would off and machine back
    to normal.

    Wrong position lighting after send printing task


    Step 1: Disconnect USB cable from computer.
    Step 2: Press ENTER button, the flatbed moving back completely.
    Step 3: Press CANCEL button, the machine can back to normal.
    Step 4: Connect USB cable from computer.
    Step 5: Check the settings in Rip software. Check Paper size option is off.
    Refill ink lighting
    Step 1: Press PAUSE button to see ink carriage move out.
    Step 2: Wait for ten seconds.
    Step 3: Press PAUSE button again, the ink carriage can back to home position and
    machine back to normal.
