    SEQUENCE OF TASK POTENTIAL HAZARDS PREVENTIVE MEASURES

     R.C.C and P.C.C work  Dermatitis disease  TBT conducted before starting the work.
     Personal injury  Ensure work under supervision.
     Body or eye injury  Ensure all equipment in good condition and inspected by
     Loss of eye competent person.
     Slip/Trip hazard  Wear mandatory PEEs like rubber gloves, gum boot, safety
     Sprain and strain on body parts. goggles, goggles etc.
     Noise  Wash the effected body parts with water immediately after
     Trapping of legs inside concerete burn.
    reinforcement mats.  Engage only trained worker for concreting work.
     Concerete burn  Use hearing protection when noise level exceeds more than 85db.
