2. For the school campaign, just fill out the attached sheet for the school you desire to visit and decide re the
details (date, time, itinerary, etc.) with your companions. While you are involved in the school campaign, be
sure to have the necessary arrangements (tasks, etc.) with your respective classes.
3. In her Division Memo 78 dated February 6, 2024, the Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Rosalie M. Pasaol
is obliging schools to submit on or before March 11, 2024 soft copies of the Consolidated
Accomplishment Report on the observance of the National Arts Month celebration. Dr. Jeremias Perez is
then tasked to prepare the Accomplishment Report. We gratefully commend Dr. Jeremias for spearheading
the February 2024 creative events in appreciation of the various arts and disciplines. Likewise, our hats off to
all those who actively participated in the February 14 Valentine Specials. We also look forward to the
February 27 Poetry Show.
4. Again, we are reminded to have the copies of our test papers in all subjects submitted to Ms. Julie Buac of
the Academic Affairs Office. Congratulations to all those who have completed their submission during the
first semester. Bravo to those who submitted their exam copies – prelim exams (college) and first long quiz
(high school) this second semester.
5. Our kudos to Ms. Fritzie F. Pagente for the accomplishment of her final defense in her MAED Math at FU.
6. Our praise and thanks to God for sending CCSI the recent donors. (Please see the attached copy.)
7. As agreed during our February 6 Employees’ Meeting, each employee is obliged to submit the Letter of
Intent on or before February 29, 2024.
