Flight Plans: When a flight plan is filed by the system, it may be subsequently be changed and/or cancelled by the relevant authorities. It is the Dispatcher and/or Crews
obligation to verify that the flight plan remains complete and accurate before taking off. If a flight plan has been changed prior to departure, the system will attempt to notify the
dispatcher or crew member who filed by email. Crews should not rely on either service as definitive. Emails can be delayed or junked by receiving mail servers. It remains the

Accuracy of Briefing Pack: The system generates a briefing packs based on calculations using publicly available algorithms against third party data that we obtain from
Eurocontrol, FAA, GFS and others (for a full list, see website). The system uses best efforts to ensure that the briefing pack is accurate and conforms to the intended
requirements. For IFR flight plans in Europe, these are pre-validated by EuroControl and thus we can be confident that the flight plan is acceptable for flight. In the case of IFR
flight plans file in the USA, Canada and the Rest of the World and for VFR flight plans, the system cannot validate these definitively. In all cases, it is the obligation of the
Commander of the flight to ensure that the chosen flight plan conforms to their needs, is legal and is valid.
Flight Plan Addressing: The rules as to where the file IFR flight plans outside of Europe, USA and Canada vary airport to airport, country by country. The rules as to where to file
VFR flight plans anywhere in the world similarly vary. The system currently makes a 'best guess' as to how to address a flight plan, based on previous filing successes and upon
maintenance of internal directory for addressing. It remains the dispatcher and/or crews responsibility to ensure that all addresses have been checked and where necessary
additional addresses added manually.
Safety: Flight distances, timings, fuel burns and weather forecasts presented by the system are derived from public algorithms and third party data as described above. We have
no reason to believe that they are inaccurate. However it remains the Commander's’ responsibility to ensure that the aircraft has sufficient fuel and reserves for the planned
journey.
Rescue Services: The information described in Field 19 of the flight plan is often not transmitted with the Flight Plan. It is not required or cannot be processed by the receiving
authorities. The system holds this data and will provide it to any authority on request. It is in the interests of safety of Passengers and Crew that the information provided is
scrupulously accurate and complete. The safety information in Field 19 will automatically be provided to requestors through AFTN in response to an RQS message, when
correctly formatted according to ICAO definitions.
