I- Introduction

This proposed innovation aims to:

a. encourage learners to a positive relationship among themselves and


provide a safe space for personal development;
b. help learners explore different interests and enhance a range of skills; and
c. promote effective communication and a sense of community in the school
premise.

III- Beneficiaries of the Project

This innovative project is beneficial to the following:

All RBNHS learners – primary beneficiaries who will experience improved well-being, a
more engaging environment, and increased opportunities for personal growth
and skill development.

Parents/Guardians – benefit from knowing that their children are receiving a well-
rounded education that addresses not only academic but also social and
emotional aspects, contributing to overall child development.

Educators/Teachers – gain satisfaction from contributing to learners’ holistic growth,


fostering a positive learning environment, and witnessing improved learner
engagement and well-being.

a school culture that prioritizes holistic well-being.

graduates who are better equipped to contribute positively to their communities.

IV- Technical description

Project CREATE is focused to enhance the learner’s holistic well-being through


participation in both curricular and extracurricular activities such as:

1. Youth Formation Development – Year round

5. Sports Fest – August - September
6. Consumerism – October
7. Socials – April
The assessment of the project will be done in January 2025.
This project will establish an environment that fosters a sense of belonging,
encourages positive peer relationships, and ensures that learners feel comfortable
exploring different aspects of their well-being.

VI-Plan for Sustainability

The proponents will conduct the following:

a. Establish ongoing communication channels with key stakeholders, including


parents, educators, and the community. Regularly solicit feedback to ensure the
program aligns with their needs and expectations.

b. Empower learners to take leadership roles in advocating for the program’s


continuation allowing them to actively contribute to shaping and sustaining the
initiative.

c. Create a comprehensive documentation system that captures the best practices,


lessons learned, and success stories related to the program that will serve as a
valuable resource for future implementation and expansion.
