    Study visit 2023-24
    Undertaking
    All the students participating in the Study visit at Bombay Stock Exchange,
    RBI Monetary Museum and Kala Ghoda are to read the following
    instructions carefully. Parents are also requested to read and sign the
    undertaking as a part of your acceptance on these instructions and your
    permission for joining the picnic.
    1. Students must carry their college ID cards at all the times.
    2. Students must follow Covid safety norms at trek. Students must wear
    mask and carry sanitizer bottle.
    3. Reporting timing of bus must be adhered to.
    4. Any delay caused due to students’ late arrival and thereby causing
    mistimed journey will not be compensated.
    5. Students must always remain with the complete group of college and
    must not wonder around separately.
    6. Any detour by a student or group of students is not allowed.
    7. Any kind of misbehaviour within the group or Resort guest or staff will
    not be tolerated.
    8. Carrying alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, cigars, drugs, hukka etc. is an
    offence. Drinking and smoking is totally prohibited throughout the tour
    and if any student is found doing so, a strict action will be taken, which
    may lead to expulsion from the college as well.
    9. Students must maintain discipline in the bus and places of the visit
    and follow the instructions given by the accompanying faculties.
    10. Students to avoid carrying any valuables with them. Any loss of
    valuable item will be the responsibility of the student.
    11. Safety of the students, is a student responsibility as well, hence they
    must not indulge in any activities without taking the faculty permission
    12. Any student suffering from any medical condition, must inform the
    faculties before the start of the journey and should produce medical
    certificate from MBBS doctor having allowed to join the trek.
    13. Smart casuals are allowed.
    A) Boys are not allowed to roam around on vests of any sort only.
    B) Girls are not allowed to roam around on hot pants, minis and
    Sandoz.
    Our thoughts on the dressing and fashion are liberal but considering
    the safety and security at a place unknown, it is important to maintain
    a descent dress code.
    14. Students may carry some cash with them as a part of an emergency
    precaution, but must take care of their own belongings.
    15. Last minute changes will be at the faculty discretion and the decision
    will only be taken by the faculties.
    16. I know that the above-mentioned trek is at his/her own risk (of
    life and property) and the college management is not liable for any such
    risks as may be caused by his/her acts during such visits.

    ● Back pack
    ● Water bottle
    ● Extra snacks
    ● ID Card
