should not disclose any information which is commercially sensitive. You must not include
details on any application or process which may be patentable unless you have secured the
patent or this is pending – if you do disclose this it may invalidate any patent application you
later make.

A number of questions we have on this form are in order to ensure we have enough information
in order to assist you in the casting process and in the den.

Unfortunately, due to the high number of applicants only those people who are short listed will

aggregators, our mission is to empower local service businesses with a dedicated platform, fostering their
growth and enabling them to establish a distinctive brand presence. Our goal is to assist homegrown service

technology company Dreams TechnologiesHub Pvt Ltd from India, which i started with my brother on 2013. I
love technology, watch youtube a lot, play badminton.

Dragons’ Den is produced by BBC Studios Productions Limited (‘BBCSPL’) for


broadcast, use and exploitation by BBCSPL and the BBC (the Commissioner). We are
responsible for handling personal data you provide, including your contribution, in
accordance with data protection law. We will use your personal data as necessary to
assess your suitability as a contributor to this programme and to produce, distribute
and promote the programme.

We and the BBC have a legitimate interest in using your personal data for journalistic,
artistic and literary purposes. We also process personal data for fulfilling our legal
obligations (for example, to meet tax reporting or safeguarding requirements) and/or
with your consent (for example, unspent convictions to assess your suitability as a
contributor).
Information relating to mental health

We may also collect personal data relating to your mental health. If you are invited to
audition, we will ask you to tell us beforehand if you have anxiety, depression, or any
other mental health difficulties. This is to enable us to provide effective support during
auditions and – if you are successful at audition – before and after you deliver your
pitch to the Dragons. We use the information you have provided relating to your
mental health to deliver support before and after auditions and filming, including
provision of a trained mental health first aider and phone-based support from a
psychotherapist if needed.

We collect information relating to your mental health to enable us to meet our duty of
care obligations to you. This information will only be shared with relevant members of
the production team to provide any necessary support during the production.

We may need to collect other sensitive information about you if relevant in the context
of the Programme or where we have a lawful reason to do so. Such personal data will
generally be restricted to relevant members of the Programme’s production team and
crew. Where necessary, we may also share information with other BBCSPL staff and
our professional advisors.

How long we keep your data

If you are selected to be part of the Programme, BBCSPL may retain some information
relating to your contribution in perpetuity. We will retain other information (such as
your application form, Q&A Sheet, contact details, and any relevant information
collected in connection with fitness to participate (including relevant medical
information)), for up to 7 years in line with our retention schedule.

We will retain any information you provide relating to your mental health for up to 2
years, in line with our retention schedule.

Data protection law gives you certain rights in relation to your personal data, including
the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of your
personal data or restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing. If you
