gaps.

Our primary focus is to address the interprofessional communication gap within the nursing
department, which profoundly impacts healthcare settings. Effective communication is vital for
team functionality and directly influences patient care outcomes. By fostering collaborative
practice, patient safety, and care quality, we aim to confront this issue. An interdisciplinary team
approach involving nurses, physicians, administrators, and patients fosters shared learning and
mutual respect.
