Manzil App is a web based and Mobile Android solution designed to help to connect driver
and rider to go destination using smart phone. Our smartphone apps connect driver-
partners and riders. In cities where app operates, use your rider app to request a ride.
When a nearby driver-partner accepts your request, your app displays an estimated time of
arrival for the driver-partner heading to your pickup location. Your app notifies you when
the driver-partner is about to arrive. Use your app to enter your preferred destination
anytime before or during the ride. If you have a preferred route, it's helpful to talk through
the directions together.

There are two type of application consist into Admin side and rider side. Team System
Nexgen has significant expertise in the development and implementation of similar projects
in other organizations across diverse geographies.

3. 50 % advance will be paid by client. Remaining amount will be paid before live
application 2 month.
4. Deployment time as per initial requirement with phase wise approach.

8. Exclusions
1. Manage third-party execution and fulfilment of contractual obligations.
2. Support third-party tool and software selection process.
3. Installation, development and configuration of non-SNG solutions and tools (if any).
4. System administration tasks.
5. Historical data migration.
6. Upgrade to the SNG solution components, operating systems or database systems will not
be carried out during the lifetime of the project, unless approved through a Change
Request.
7. Effort for the use of verification and validation testing processes which may be required
by regulatory, industry or governmental requirements.
8. Workflow for master data creation and document postings are not part of the scope
unless identified in the scope document.

Term & Conditions

1. The Business Proposal is valid for (15) days, starting from the date issued.
2. Client will not allow any third party to study Our Solution or any document
presented by System Nexgen.
3. The SLA (Service Level Agreement) will be signed after deployment as annual
maintenance and support to Shahab Rent A Car
4. Customization as an option on demand is available but will be charged.
Customization charges will depend upon the nature of change.
5. Additional charges will be applied for any customization in software, if it is out of
scope.
6. Availability of respective end users should be made available as per schedule
mutually discussed during formulating training and implementation plan. Any
delays in it should not hold back the sign off or payment of the solution.
7. Travelling and accommodation expenses will be borne by client for training and
implementation purpose.

8. System Nexgen does not have any responsibility whatsoever for any use of
“Pirated Application / Software and / or operating system” in any form be it legal
or financial, local or international.
9. Client cannot hire any employee of System Nexgen before (02) years from his/ her
date of resignation/termination. Client should confirm the date of resignation from
System Nexgen.
10. Client acknowledges and agrees that this proposal / agreement is binding on its
employee and company.

To proceed with this project, Extreme Commerce is required to take the following steps:

 Prices are based on "As is" basis and are tentative.

 *Please note that changes to the scope of the project can be made at any time,
charges may apply with the extension in timelines.
 Outsource services charges must be borne by Extreme Commerce.
