D’LIFE ensure high quality raw materials, skilled labour and professional supervision during manufacturing and installation of all
D’LIFE products and services.
No Annual Maintenance
D’LIFE engineered-panel products do not require any annual maintenance. All cabinets and panels are produced at D’LIFE’s
own factory using German machinery and latest production techniques.
Warranty
10 YEAR WARRANTY FOR D'LIFE ENGINEERED-WOODWORK
All engineered panels, cabinets & shutters manufactured in D’LIFE factory comes with 10 year warranty under normal
usage.
1 TO 15 YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY FOR OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All other materials, products and services used for this project will have its manufacturer’s warranty. D’LIFE after sales
service team will coordinate to get the warranty service. Some of the main materials/items that have 1 year or more than 1
year warranty are listed below;
5 year functional warranty for Hettich/Hafele/Blum kitchen accessories, hinges, slides, locks etc.
5 year warranty for sofa and chair frames and 1 year warranty for fabric & upholstery .
5 year warranty for kitchen sink of Reginox and 1 year warranty for Franke.
All other products/services which are not mentioned in the above list will come under 0-1 year material-warranty.
Service charges will be extra.
Warranty Conditions
The customer is entitled to a warranty claim only for products against manufacturing defects.
We will not be replacing/repairing the entire unit as our coverage is limited only to the areas of the product that are
damaged.
Damages due to improper use will not come under warranty.
Warranty will be void if the invoice amount is not settled by client, or any service amount is pending from the previous
services.
To receive warranty service, the client has to submit their final invoice. Note 2
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
Note: Oral commitment by any staff other than what is stated on work order and commitment checklist.
Care Instructions
CLEANING OF LAMINATED PLYWOOD, PVC AND HARDWOOD FIBER BOARD CABINETS
You can clean furniture units using a clean rinsed cloth. Do not pour water directly on the units or use thinner, or any cleaning
agents. Wipe out water residue with a soft dry cloth and make sure not to use unclean hard cloth. Veneer, super gloss acrylic and
acrylic paint finish panels should be given extra care while cleaning and handling to maintain their best condition and aesthetic
appeal.
WATER LEAKAGE
If you notice any leakage of water from the sink/wash unit bottom or in any other areas, please do the needful to rectify the same
immediately. Prolonged contact with water/flood may damage the cabinets.
Note :
When replacing or repairing veneer and acrylic paint finish panels, it's common to observe slight color variation between the new
material and the older product, mainly due to the natural aging process that alters their appearance over time.

Payment Schedule
TOKEN: The drawings will commence upon the remittance of a token payment of 10 % of the total estimate value or
Rs 40,000. Please note that any payments made to JM Lifestyle Interior Projects Pvt.Ltd. (D'LIFE) are
non-refundable.
ADVANCE 1: To proceed with the 3D and 360-degree design, a mandatory advance payment of 10% of the total contract
value, inclusive of the token amount, is required. (Not applicable to those who have paid the 10% as token)
ADVANCE 2: To facilitate the forwarding of drawings for production, a payment of 50% of the total contract value (which
includes the token and advance 1) must be remitted as the second advance payment.
PART PAYMENT: Material dispatch will be made upon receipt of part payment, which includes the balance 50% of the total
contract value (excluding the final payment of Rs 20,000).
FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment should be made within 3 days after the completion of work at the site.

Instructions & Guidelines
Please make sure you read the following instructions and guidelines before proceeding with the Work Order.
Ignoring or failing to comprehend the following contents may result in discrepancies or delays in project completion
WORK ORDER
We recommend the client verify the scope of work, material specification, measurements, rates, color, model,and
size of all items in the Work Order. Additionally, the client should also ensure the accuracy of models for all appliances
in the Work Order, including but not limited to Hood, Hob, OTG, Oven, and so on.
To ensure that items purchased by the client from outside sources (that are not mentioned in the Work Order) fit
seamlessly within the design, we recommend that you consult with our designer during the design process. Please
provide the exact model, size, and dimension of the product(s) to our designer before signing the work order to
ensure its proper fit.
No changes are allowed once the Work Order is signed. Cancellations will not be allowed as well.
Clients will be requested to opt for a new model of a product if any of the selected models are discontinued in the
global or local markets.
3D DESIGNS/360 VIEW
The 3D drawings and 360 Views are provided to offer a conceptual understanding of the D'LIFE units only, and should not
be considered as a depiction of the actual product or space; they are provided solely for reference, Only the items in the
work order will be deliverd at site.

Designs in the form of 2D, 3D, and 360 Views shared with the client are exclusive copyrights of D'LIFE.Any unauthorized
use or sharing of the designs without D'LIFE's written consent may result in legal action.
SITE READINESS
Please make sure the following are completed before proceeding with the installation:
ADDITIONAL WORKS/REQUIREMENTS
Any additional work requested after placing the main Work Order will be assigned a new completion date and will have
a separate billing. Additional Work Order with a value below 5 Lac will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
Note 8
ELECTRICAL/ PLUMBING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
In order to achieve an optimal finish, there may be occasions where additional electrical, plumbing, or other work is
necessary during installation. Any such modifications may come at an additional cost and will only be performed with the
explicit permission of the client.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
D'LIFE will make every effort to minimize any potential delays and communicate any changes promptly to the client.
However, it is important to note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, government or builder policy
changes, or any other causes are beyond our control and may delay the handover date.
WORK UPDATES
Updates on daily work will be sent to you by 10 p.m. through the official WhatsApp group or email. Please get in touch
with the relevant Project Manager or Zonal Manager if you experience any discomfort during installation at any point. If
not, you can call our Client Relations Team at (+91) 974 475 6666.
FINAL CLEANING
After the completion of the work, general cleaning will be done by our team. We will dispose of any waste or debris
accumulated during the project generated by D’LIFE leaving the space clean and ready for use. We highly recommend
that you do a deep cleaning in the home to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and have a healthy
and hygienic environment after the handover.
We recommend that all the work done by D'LIFE be inspected in the presence of our Project Manager during the
handover, as D'LIFE will not be held responsible for any damages to the installed products resulting from mishandling or
negligence after handover. Additionally, we suggest applying one coat of paint after the handover.

Please be aware that this schedule is prepared based on the assumption that ‘Advance Payment 2’ is credited and the
‘Signed Work order’ is submitted on the date mentioned above, against 'Drawings to Factory for Production'. If any of the
payments are not received promptly, please note that the entire schedule will be subject to change.

I hereby declare that all the items mentioned here are in my consent and I have read all the terms and conditions
and request for further proceeding.

(To be signed once the Work Order is signed by the client.)
I/We hereby declare that the particulars given here are correct and complete, and all items mentioned have been
verified by both the design consultant and interior designer with the final drawings and have found no mismatch.
