LETTER OF MOTIVATION

In the technologically driven world of the twenty-first century, electronics has shown to be the most
influential field. One important consideration that influenced my decision to pursue a degree in
Electronics and Communications was the subject's boundless scope. My name is Jomon Shaji, and I
graduated from India with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. My decision to
pursue engineering was sparked by my deep interest in the rapidly expanding field of technology and my
fascination with science and technology. I studied the fundamentals of electrical and electronic
engineering during my undergrad program, and these, along with the hands-on coursework, piqued my
interest.

Since my early school years, I have always been a motivated and purpose-driven student. I received 89%
on my secondary education completion exam. My journey in the field of technology and engineering
began with a fascination for science during my high school years. I chose to pursue science, where I
scored an impressive 84% in high school, and this laid the foundation for my future endeavors. This
interest in science and technology led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and
Communications Engineering.

During my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to engage in a transformative internship at

Quest Innovative Solutions in Kochi. Over the course of four months, I worked on projects related to
Embedded Systems and Engineering, gaining hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies. This
experience not only enriched my theoretical knowledge but also ignited a passion for automation and
technology.

Creating an Automatic Gas Leakage and Booking System was the task I took on for my senior project.
This project involved using mobile software to automatically book new LPG cylinders and measuring and
displaying the amount of gasoline in household cylinders. This project demonstrated not only my
technical proficiency but also my dedication to creating solutions that improve society.

I became proficient in a number of software programs and computer programs during my academic
career, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, and MATLAB. Furthermore, I developed proficiency
with social media platforms like Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Maps, and Google Pay,
demonstrating my adaptability in terms of both technical and interpersonal abilities. In addition to my
studies, I was involved in sports, music, photography, travel, and other extracurricular pursuits. These
exercises not only gave participants a well-rounded experience, but they also helped to instill values like
adaptability, creativity, and teamwork.

Upon finishing my Bachelor of Technology, I enthusiastically accepted the chance to work as an

Operation Officer (Quality Control Signatory) at Mangalore International Airport. Among my
responsibilities in this position have been overseeing quality control inspections of aviation equipment
and fuel. In order to monitor operational expenses, promote efficiency, and put better operating
procedures into place, I have been a key player. I've improved my leadership and management abilities
in addition to expanding my technical knowledge in this role.

The Master of Photovoltaics Engineering Science program at Hochschule Anhalt has an extensive
curriculum that really appeals to me. With a focus on solar cell physics, crystalline silicon and thin-film
solar cell technology, PV system components, and solar energy integration, my educational and
professional objectives are perfectly aligned. My interest in this program was piqued by its solid
foundation in mathematics, physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, semiconductor technology, and
scientific methodology. I find it very exciting to consider specializing in solar cell technology, energy
storage systems, and power electronics.

Considering that they offer a unique combination of relevant material from various engineering fields,
the modules on solar cell physics, thin-film and crystalline solar cells, solar modules and components,
system design, monitoring, yield and performance analysis, storage systems, electric grids, and solar
energy integration particularly pique my interest.

Furthermore, the program's global perspective and relevance to the anticipated surge in photovoltaic
power generation make it an excellent fit for someone like me who is eager to contribute to this
revolutionary process. Despite Germany's continued leadership in PV research, the program's
recognition of the global shift in production and installation fits in perfectly with the way the solar
energy industry is evolving.

I believe that my scholastic background, practical experience, and dedication to sustainability qualify me
for the Master of Photovoltaics Engineering Science program. With this program, I'm sure I'll gain the
abilities and knowledge I need to make a significant contribution to the process engineering community.
The chance to work in an interdisciplinary team and take on the intriguing challenges that lie ahead
excites me. I appreciate you taking a look at my application. The idea of being a part of Hochschule
Bremerhaven's prestigious academic community and learning from it excites me. I am looking forward
to my future at your university and am anxiously awaiting your acceptance into the program of my
choice.
