    The INSIDE LOT falls under the regulations set forth by the National Code
    of the Philippines, which dictate specific requirements for open space
    based on the type of occupancy. An inside lot typically denotes a parcel of
    land surrounded by other properties on two or more sides, making it
    subject to distinct zoning considerations. Open space within a property
    INSIDE LOT serves several crucial functions, including providing greenery, landscaping,
    and space between structures to enhance safety and livability. As per the
    20% open space National Code, 20% of the lot area must be designated as open space for A,
    for A,B,C,D & J Occupancies B, C, D, and J Occupancies, while 15% is required for E, F, G, H, and I
    15% open space Occupancies. These percentages ensure that developments allocate
    for E,F,G,H & I Occupancies sufficient space for amenities, setbacks, and circulation, contributing to a
    property line

    safer and more pleasant environment. Compliance with these regulations is


    essential for obtaining building permits and ensuring that developments
    adhere to urban planning standards, ultimately benefiting the well-being of
    the community.
