Job Responsibilities:-

 Extensive experience in administration for HR activities like manpower planning, recruitment and selection,
organizing training & development programs and employees services.
 Implement Long Term Settlement (Wage Agreement) with Unions.
 Handle Union related issues like agreement with management and other grievances.
 Hands on experience in General Administration activities, personnel management, Security management,
Transport management, corporate policy implementation and facilities management.
 Depth in handling and maintaining healthy relationship with people for harmonious Industrial Relations among
management and workers through efficient administration and resolution of employees grievances.
 Used to go for Shop Floor round to better understand workers difficulties if any and to make good cordial relation

 Manage the Time Office Function i.e. Attendance System, accounting of leaves, processing of payroll & ensure
timely disbursement of salary & wages etc to all employees.
