2, NECK PIPE (NOZZLE NO: N3 & N11 ) INSIDE PIPE REPAIRED BY WELD BUILDUP AS PER DRAWING UW-42.

3, CORRODED FLANGES (NOZZLE NO: N3 & N11 ) SAME WERE REPLACED NEW AS PER DRAWING.

4, PIPES AND FLANGES (NOZZLE NO: N6, N8B, N9, N10A & N10B) ARE FOUND INSIDE CORRODED. SAME WERE REPLACED
BOTH AS PER DRAWING

5, FLANGE FACE SERRATION DAMAGE/ CORROSION FOUND NOZZLE NOS : (N1, N2, N4, N5, N7 & M1 (6 Flanges) WELD
BUILDUP AND RE-SERRATION DONE AS PER ASME B16.5 LATEST EDITION. ROUGNESS RANGE 125-250 AARH. RAISED FACE
