● Date of Implementation/Duration: May 12, 2024 (9AM-5PM)

● Area of Project Implementation: Barangay 382 cor Oroquieta

● Budget Requirement: PHP 2850.00

● Budget Requested: PHP 3000.0

II. BACKGROUND/SITUATION ANALYSIS

● What prompted the project?


 Our goal is for everyone to know the safety and procedure in case a
disaster or emergency occurs in their area.

● Is there an existing concern or potential problem that you want to address?

 Due to various disasters that are sudden or unavoidable in our area, we


conduct a seminar to help people know what should and should not be
done when there is a sudden disaster.

III. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

 Possibly they can use the knowledge they get in our conduct seminar in
their everyday lives. They should be aware of what to do in the event of
an unexpected calamity, since we obviously can't predict what will
happen in the coming days.
● What are the specific measures to sustain the project?

 Since some months are designated for the start of drills such as
earthquake or fire drills, we will hold this type of exercise in a month
when disasters frequently occur, such the weeks leading up to
Christmas. Since there are known to be many fires in this month, many
of our families will be spared if we can perform these drills in November
since they will know what to do in the event of the mentioned calamity.

V. RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN


 What are the risks and factors that may hamper or hinder the successful
implementation of project activities and achievement of project outputs?
 Earthquake Drill:
Risk: Houses shaking can hurt people.
Mitigation: Practice hiding under tables during drills. Make sure structure
are strong.

 Fire Drill:
Risk: Fire can hurt people and block exits.
Mitigation: Practice leaving quickly during fire drills. Have fire tools and
check them often.

 Calamities Drill:
Risk: Bad things like floods or storms can happen.
Mitigation: Make a plan for different disasters. Practice the plan with
everyone. Talk with local helpers.

 First Aid:
Risk: Not helping quickly or doing it wrong can make things worse.
Mitigation: Teach how to help in simple ways. Keep kits ready and easy
to find. Tell about accidents for learning.

 What are the measures that would mitigate the adverse effects resulting from such
risks?
 Knowledge of how to avoid or reduce a risk, and one of the important
things to do is that everyone should know what to do if a tragedy
occurs. That's why we encourage everyone to participate in or join our
seminar, whether young or old.
