RFID

One of the applications of RFID technology is to automate the attendance system for students in schools
and colleges. This can improve the accuracy, efficiency, and security of the attendance process, as well as
reduce the workload and time consumption of teachers and staff. Several studies have explored the
design, implementation, and evaluation of RFID-based attendance systems for students.

MIS

A third function of MIS is to support knowledge management. Knowledge management is the process of
creating, storing, sharing, and applying the knowledge and expertise of an organization. MIS can help
managers to manage the knowledge assets of the organization by providing tools and platforms for
capturing, storing, retrieving, disseminating, and using knowledge.

Kiosks

This study presents fundamental data on the technology acceptance of kiosks in QSR(Quick Service
Restaurants) and the marketing plans for efficient management performance. In this paper, the
combined concept model was established through the acceptance literature, and an expanded UTAUT2
(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model was then presented by empirical analysis.

Kiosk systems are an innovative and versatile solution that can enhance the shopping experience and
business operations in various domains. However, they also require careful design, implementation, and
evaluation to ensure their effectiveness and suitability for different contexts and users.

In the era of big data, School Management Information Systems (SMIS) offer
potential benefits, but data quality challenges have hindered their full
potential in education. This paper explores the uses, features, and obstacles
of SMIS and proposes a five-phase model for administrators to make better
decisions. It enriches the understanding of SMIS usage and lays a foundation
for future educational decision-making models.

the study highlights key challenges for Quick-Service Restaurants (QSRs) in

Malaysia when adopting self-ordering kiosks (SOKs). Internal issues include
staffing shortages and limited space, while external challenges involve
customer acceptance, especially among older demographics, and technical
constraints. Overcoming these challenges is essential for QSRs to effectively
implement SOKs and enhance the dining experience, particularly for tech-
savvy millennials.

This study focuses on assessing the environmental impact of Radio

Frequency Identification (RFID) technology in logistics, particularly in a
logistics center and courier company in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It
reveals that this technology generates around 5.7 tons of electronic waste
(e-waste) annually, including 139 kg of metal. The article highlights the
growing concern of RFID e-waste and suggests strategies to mitigate its
environmental impact.

MIS
To create new services within the framework of digital business models, services and cloud
platforms, it is necessary to solve the problem of improving management through the creation
of a unified information system and the introduction of digital management tools for integrated
production (T. A. Kuzovkova; T. Yu. Saliutina; O. I. Sharavova, 2021)

parents can keep track of their children's attendance to classes through a notification they

GCT KIOSK
According to Rastegar 2018 described a “self-service kiosk as a machine with a
large touch screen that enables customers to order food, customize their menu
items and even pay their bill without interacting with employees.” SOKs are
providing benefits for both consumers and operators. Such customer benefits
include easy access to information, customization of the order, reduced waiting
time, ease of use, improved experience.

RFID
According to (Li et al., 2019), passive RFID can contribute to advancing
poultry behavior studies in various ways. One is the automated and
individual-based monitoring of how animals visit resources. For example,
each bird can be equipped with a wearable RFID tag that automatically
records the timestamp of each visit to the resource of interest with
92.5% accuracy
