In this lesson you learned about summarizing what you have learned after you read a text. You
will now reflect on what you have learned by reading your article from lesson 3.01. This
assignment has 2 parts.

[Part 1: Review your 3.01 article once more, and locate your KPL chart from assessment 3.03.
Review the K and P columns and copy/paste the information into the chart below. Complete
the L column now by adding in at least 5 things you have learned from your article.]

Part 2: Use your KPL chart to create a paragraph summary of your new learning. Your
paragraph should contain five sentences.

I used a KPL chart to categorize things about living a healthy lifestyle. The things in this category
that I mainly knew about were about how to achieve a healthy lifestyle. I predicted that I would
learn ways to live a healthier lifestyle. I also predicted they would present specific ways to life
healthier. I did learn what I already knew about, and what I predicted, but also learned some
tips that could potentially affect my long-term health.

When you are finished, review the rubric below to ensure you have all parts needed. You will need to
submit to your teacher for grading. You will go to the GRADEBOOK icon and click on 3.07. You may
attach your completed document or copy/paste the work and put it in the Student Comment box.
