2. To file and execute Affidavit of Loss with the Registry of Deeds for Caloocan and Quezon City of the above-mentioned real property; (Blk 8, Lot 37 Forbes St. Hobart Village. Zabarte rd. Quezon City.)
3. To defend the said properties from all claimants or from any person that will illegally enter or claim the property whether in barangay, court, and/or with any government or private offices or entities;
4. To sign, execute, receive and deliver papers/ documents or any

5. Generally, to do and perform all, and every act and thing may be requisite or proper to carry out the above purposes.
