I hope this letter finds you well. We the Bachelor of Physical Education students of
Gensantos Foundation College Inc. interested in gaining insights into the healthcare
practices, healthcare facilities and challenges at Holy Trinity College

We are writing to request permission to conduct interviews with the healthcare staff at
Holy Trinity College. In order to better understand the healthcare services provided to
students and the overall health-related concerns within the school community. The
information gathered will be used solely for research/educational purposes and will be
treated with the utmost confidentiality.

The interviews will be conducted at a time convenient for the healthcare staff and will
last approximately 30 minutes to an hour. The questions will revolve around topics
such as current healthcare protocols, health care facilities, common health issues
among students, collaboration with parents and teachers.

We assure you that the interviews will be conducted in a respectful and non-disruptive
manner, and every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience to the school staff
and students. Additionally, any personal information shared during the interviews will be
kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.

We kindly request your approval for this endeavour, and we are more than willing to
provide any further information or clarification you may require. Your support in
facilitating this interview process would be greatly appreciated, and we are confident
that the insights gained will contribute to improving healthcare services within the school
community.
