    1.0 PURPOSE:
    To guide all patients who needs physiotherapy or physical rehabilitation services for
    managing pain of the patient

    2.0 SCOPE:
    Any patient in the discipline of Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Trauma, Obstetric
    patients who needs physical rehabilitation.

    3.0 PROCEDURE:
    The centre is having empanelled physiotherapist to refer to all such patient who are
    identified with the need of physical rehabilitation services as defined in the above
    mentioned scope.

    The patients are guided with the name, contact number & qualification of such empanelled
    physiotherapist. The centre also helps in coordinating based on requests. However the
    centre has no role in financial transaction between physiotherapist and patient.

    The patients take the final decision on choosing the physiotherapist from the panel. Patients
    also select their physiotherapist by own.
