I. INTRODUCTION
Gel’s Banana Bread and Pastries is a sole proprietorship type of business that will
operate at Pathmosville, Barangay Tagburos Municipality of Puerto Princesa, and
province of Palawan that will offer many kinds of pastries and especially the
specialty, banana bread. This business build with a plan that would meet to our target
market’s in demand needs and wants despite of their age.
Gel’s Banana Bread and Pastries offers their specialty and many more pastries. Here
in the Philippines, Filipino’s love to eat bread, cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Bread is
our second staple food after rice and everyone loves to eat bread. Banana bread is not
just a delicious snack but also a nutritious merienda that we can offer. We also offer
you different pastries. We assure you that we make our product within a clean area,
well-sanitized and has a good packaging material. Gel’s target market are the teens,
workers and other people in the community at Municipality of Puerto Princesa. We
believe that we will have an incredible potential to acquire better on the grounds that
the area that Gel’s picks is not hat exposed with numerous contenders. Moreover, it is
located in subdivision wherein there may be "suki's" in our own Filipino term.

Production Process
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 7x3 inch loaf
pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center
of the loaf comes out clean.
Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
