Delivery: 45 working days after receipt of down payment.

Price terms: FOB Shanghai Port, China.

Packing and shipping:

The products should be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. The

small parts are packed into wooden crates; the big parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting.

Payment (optional)
A、T/T down payment (30% of total amount) after signing the sales contract, the rest amount
to be paid after inspection and before goods leaves factory.
B、30% of total amount to be paid by T/T after signing the Sales Contract, the balance to be
paid by irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.
C、100% paid by irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight after signing the Sales Contract.

Valid time: The quotation is valid for 30 days since issued.

Civil Work

Civil work is not included in the supplier scope; however, the foundation drawing will be

provided after you place the order.

Steel: The steel of the main structure is the Q235B (UK standard is 4360-40B(C), and
USAK02502), the steel is from Bao Steel Company (it is China’s biggest and best steel
company).
Technical and Quality Standard
Manufacture up to China National Standard GB 18452-2001, GB 0276-98,JB/T
1388-2002,JB/T 10246-2001,JB/T 10518-2005.Design use CAD/CAE/FEA/Solid works
technology, the equipments are with CQC. ISO9001:2000 and Europe CE authentication.

Part 8 Installations and Warranty

Installation

The Buyer is responsible for preparation of the installation, and ensures the civil engineering
material, installation necessaries, local labor, etc, are ready on the site. After the preparation
work hereinbefore is completed, the Seller can send a technician at the request of the Buyer to
guide the installation, test the plant and train the local workers. The expenses incurred for to
and fro travel and insurance for the engineer is borne by the buyer. The accommodation fee,
communication expenses, etc, of the Seller's technician should be borne by the Buyer. The
buyer shall pay the technician 50(fifty) USD per day as salary in the first month and 100(one
hundred) USD per day if installation exceeds 1 month. The Buyer shall guarantee the
technician's safety and freedom not being limited during installation period.
Warranty
100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantees quality of the machines
(excluding wearing parts) for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish under our
technician's guidance, but not exceed 15 months from date on which machine leaves the
factory.
