1.1 Background
Opsat Shipping Limited is Lagos based company registered with Corporate Affairs
Commission in 2015. It was established following a real concern by Dilibe Agbedo to render
reliable, efficient and effective logistics services to customers in need of moving goods between
Nigeria and United Kingdom and later to other parts of Europe. Today, the organization
provide general logistics, supply chain management, shipment and related services to clients in
Nigeria, United Kingdom, Europe and beyond.

The most valuable resource of Opsat is the people. Our core value driver is the blend of highly
experienced personnel with multidisciplinary background and skills they bring to provide
extraordinary services to clients. These put our organization in a position to deliver best value
to her discerning clients. Interestingly, due to sheer handwork, Opsat has been able within a
short period, acquired considerable experience in handling general supply chain management

2.1 Logistics and Supply Chain Management

• Air freight
We pick client cargo on call at any particular location and dispatch it by air to destination
in Nigeria within 3 to 5 working days. This is made possible due to our robust network of
professionals who have garnered many years of experience in custom clearing and cargo
handling with proven excellent track records. If you have a time bound cargo, this service
is for you.

• Sea freight
Bulky and heavy consignments that may take our enormous resources to freight by air will
be conveniently shipped by sea. It takes 4 to 6 weeks for customers to receive their
consignment anywhere in Nigeria. We make weekly shipment, which ensures that every
week, at least a 40 foot container is delivered to our warehouse and customers receive their
consignment within 48 hours.

• Pick-up and delivery service

Are you looking for removal services, or relocating, or ordering for heavy duty equipment,
we are at your call for pick up from any address and deliver to any address within Nigeria
and United Kingdom at an unparalleled response time.

• Packaging
We provide protection to fragile and delicate items against dents and cracks. Drawing from
our experience, we also offer advice on the best method to protect your consignment from
damaging while on transit.

• Shop and ship

Relax and allow us to shop for you. All you need to do is to make a wish-list from our
website and we take the hassle off you. You can also stay in the comfort of office and make
order and we pick it up and bring it to your door. In whatever way you want us to assist on
your shopping, we are there for you.

• Warehousing
Our warehouse is equipped with modern gadget that goods left with us are safe and in good
condition. We have close circuit television that monitors movement in and around the ware
house 24 hours

• Credit Facility
On arrangement, we undertake to commence our contract of providing our service to our
client while payment is made on the arrival of the consignment at the destination.

Dilibe has over 18 years of experience as professional business manager and logistics
consultant both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. His wealth of experience span;
consulting in logistics, operations and management, supply chain planning and
management as well as project management.

He holds both Bachelor and Master degree in Political Science from University of
Nigeria, Nsukka

• Ikechukwu Agbedo
Ikechukwu Agbedo is a consummate professional accountant and finance and
investment expert with over 10 years’ experience covering; logistics operations, supply
chain management, human resource management, financial and investment
management, project management and lecturing both in Nigeria and beyond.
Ikechukwu holds a diploma in Accounting and BSc Economics from ESUT and MSc in Finance
and Investment from University of Aberdeen, UK. He is a member of the Association of
Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). Ike has worked for IFEX Express, Gregory
University among others before joining Opsat Shipping in 2017.

• Obinna Nwachi
Obinna is a professional business manager with over 10 work experience. His wealth of
experience spanning; banking, logistics operations, business management, financial planning
and advisory, logistic and supply chain project management in Nigeria and the United
Kingdom.
He holds a bachelor degree in Business Management from Heriot-Watt University Scotland,
UK. He has previously worked for Zenith bank, CSP Food Services among others before
joining Opsat Shipping in 2016.

• James Udeh
Udeh is a chartered accountant, professional business manager, chartered tax advisor,
management consultant and trainer with over 12 years’ experience spanning; logistics
operations, supply chain management, financial management, audit and Assurance, consulting,
project management, organizational development, capacity building both in public and private
sectors of Nigeria and beyond.
James holds an MBA from the University of Aberdeen and degrees in Financial Management
and Accounting from University of Sunderland. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He joined
Opsat Shipping in 2019.
• Ogunleye Segun
Segun is a business manager with over 9 professional experience spanning; logistics operations,
business strategy planning, financial planning and advisory, logistic and supply chain project
management in Nigeria and Europe.
He holds an HND in Business Administration from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Professional
Certificate in Logistics and Transport from Reed Exposition France. He has worked previously
with DHL Worldwide Express, IFEX Express, BAX global Intercontinental express Limited
before Joining Opsat Shipping (2019) as manager operations.

• Ugbeda Samson Fidelis

Fidelis is an Agricultural economist with over 5 years work experience covering; agricultural
research, value chains advisory, environmental resource management, transport service
management, logistics and supply chain management and marketing among others.

He is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from Kogi State University, Ayingba and a member
of Nigerian Institute of Management. He worked previously with IITA and Samsumg Nigeria
before joining Opsat Shipping in 2019.
