    JOB FUNCTIONS & EXPERTISE


    Quality control Engineer

    1) Conducting daily and weekly basis , raw material testings according to Inspection Test plan .

    2) Conducting material test on immediate basis before unloading the new lot.

    3) Ensuring the testing results might be fulfill the passing criteria as per mentioned specifications in IS

    Codes.

    4) Thoroughly checking the material testing reports and TDS provided by vendors .

    5) Condut daily basis testing on fresh concrete as well as hardened concrete.

    6) Maintaining all the QC lab data properly and providing to client time to time.

    7) Handling the on site NDT testings.

    8) Conducting Trials on regular basis to check the workability and strength variations.

    9) Trials are the root of concrete , so conducting the as many as possible trials for marketing vendors to

    cross verify the quality of their products.

    10) Maintaing the proper communication relations between vendors, clients and company.

     Visiting to the village in which work has been done under Jalyukta shivar Yojana.
