Dear Parents,
A warm welcome to our third batch of students and parents. We also extend a
heartfelt thank you and welcome back to those who have been a part of our journey
over the past year/s.
Every year we have something new on the cards and we are sure all our parents, old
and new would be eager to know what is in store for the coming year. We will start
with the basic information relating to the start of the new academic year and move
on to the new activities that will be implemented from the coming A.Y -2024-25.
1. School Timetable: We would once again like to share the school timings though
the same has already been displayed in the Admission Notice available on our
website.
Grade Timings
• Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG (Morning Batch) 07:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
• Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG (Afternoon Batch) 11:15 a.m. to 02:15 p.m.
• Grade 1 & 2 (Morning Batch) 07:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Grade 1 & 2 (Afternoon Batch) 11:15 a.m. to 03:45 p.m.
• Grade 3 to Grade 5 07:45 a.m. to 02:15 p.m.
• Grade 6 to Grade 9 (Monday & Friday) 07:45 a.m. to 03:45 p.m.
• Grade 6 to Grade 9 (Tue/Wed/Thurs) 07:45 a.m. to 02:15 p.m.
** The allotted shifts are visible on the e-portal under the student profile tab. Any
email requesting change in shift will neither be accommodated nor will it receive
any response.
2. Orientation Session: Orientation Session will be held in the Auditorium on
Saturday,16th March 2024 for NEWLY admitted students and their Parents

Special Note for Nursery Students -

o Academic Year 2024-25 will commence with effect from 26th March 2024 and
school will be on till 16th April 2024.
o Summer Vacation will commence from 17th April 2024.
o Nursery Students will be working only for 90 minutes (1 & ½ hour) on 26th, 27th
& 28th of March 2024.
o March 26th 2024 will be a Meet and Greet day, students will be called in small
batches. Either one of the parents need to accompany the child to school. The
batch timings will be communicated to you by the end of February 2024.
o On 27th & 28th March 2024, school timing for Morning batch is 7:40 am to 9:30
a.m. and for afternoon batch is 11:10 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
o Parents need to accompany students even on 27th and 28th March 2024 and
they are required to wait in the school premises while the students are in their
class.
o 1st April 2024 onwards the students will have regular school as per the allotted
shift. Parents will not be allowed to accompany their wards from this date.
4. Sale of Uniforms: We have identified two vendors as our official Uniform
Vendors, their details are as given below. We leave it to our parents to check
both the vendors and make their purchases as per their choice.

o Sale of Uniforms will commence from 10th March 2024

5. Sale of Books & Shoes: For the convenience of our parents and with the
intention of reducing the wait time, below are the slots for sale of books,
uniforms and shoes. We request our parents to kindly adhere to the time slots
given. However, when it comes to siblings, you can purchase the books for
both together.

6. School Transport: Bus routes are available on our website and can be viewed
by clicking on the admission tab and scrolling down to the very end of the page
where you have the Bus Routes tab. Registration for Transport service will be
open by 20th of Feb 2024 and payment will have to be made while registering
for Bus service.
7. Bus Trial Run only for New Parents: Dry Run for school bus routes will be
available on Saturday, 9th March 2024 as per schedule given hereunder.
Attendance for Dry Run is MANDATORY for new parents as this will avoid chaos
on the school reopening day and students will not be inconvenienced.
Morning Batch of Nursery to Grade 2 and Grade 3, 4, 5, – 8.00 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Afternoon Batch of Nursery to Grade 2 and Grade 6 to 10 – 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
8. Canteen Facility:
Canteen facility will be available to students who want to avail canteen facility.
Parents will have the option to register for meals on quarterly basis on prior
payment OR Students of Grade 3 and above can visit the canteen / Counters
available on the nearest floor to avail the canteen facility.
Students of Elementary Section need to bring home cooked food with them as
they are too small to avail the canteen facility. However, if required we will try

and make the provision for parents who wishto avail canteen facility for their
kids studying in the Elementary Section.
9. Mandatory Programs being implemented in AY 2024-25:
a. We Kids Radio Jockey & Mass Communication (Grade 1 to 10)– This

program has been introduced in the AY 2023-24. The school has its own e-
radio station that can be accessed through the school website. The charges
for the program is Rs.3000/- per annum (Rs. 250/- per month), payable on a
quarterly basis along with School Fees.
b. STREAM Lab - Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art and
Mathematics – (Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 5 to Grade 10) A brief
introduction note about the program is attached with this circular. We
request all parents to kindly go through the same. This is a life skills
program that teaches problem solving through use of technology. It also
includes Robotics, 3D Printing, design thinking, & many more activities. The
school has borne the one-time cost of getting 2 such state-of-the-art labs
installed in our school. However, the charges of the program including
personal kits and take away items is Rs. 3000/- per annum (Rs. 250/- per
month), payable on a quarterly basis along with the school fees. Please note
that this will replace the Life Skills Program that is in place at the moment.
c. Robotics – (Grade 3 and 4) – For students of Grade 3 & 4 we will be having
robotics as their life skills program. The cost for this program is inclusive of
the Robotics Kit is Rs 3000 per annum (Rs. 250/- per month) payable on a
quarterly basis along with school fees.
d. Safe School (Children Safety & Survival) – (Grade 1 to 10) - A brief
introduction note about the program is attached with this circular. We
request all parents to kindly go through the same. This is the need of the
hour program and is something that will be of use to the students
throughout their lives. The note covers all the aspects of the program and is
something that cannot be learnt or taught through a tuition class, neither
are we as parents equipped to teach our children about coping with all
kinds of dangers especially the hidden ones. This specialized program comes

at a nominal cost of Rs. 2250/- per annum (around Rs. 190/- per month)
payable on a quarterly basis along withthe school fees.
10. Mandatory Exams Conducted by the school:
The School Academic Team has identified certain tests that they feel are
essential for the school students & it will be mandatory for the students to pay
the fees and participate in the same:

*Asset any one subject will be mandatory as per the discretion of the school.
Others will be optional for those who wish to appear for more subjects.
11. Issue of Identity Cards:

To enable the school to print and keep ready the Identity Card of the student,
we need parents to upload a formal passport size latest photograph of the
student wearing either school uniform OR a white shirt with blue background.
It has to be a formal photograph clicked at a professional studio. The soft copy
has to be uploaded on the Edusprint Plus portal using the login credentials sent
to you:

Click on Upload the photo
Scroll down & click the save button
The Last Date to update the photographs is 15th March 2024
