To Whom It May Concern,


Al-Furqan Islamic Center Lagsure Moyale Ethiopia, Our Madrasah, would like to
provide general guidance for the administration of our institution, outline the roles and
responsibilities of the Administration body, Madrasah Committee, Teachers, and
Principal. In addition Guidance on educational curriculum of our madarasah, Mission,
Vision, Goals and Objectives, Rules and Regulations of Madrasah and Disciplinary
Actions of Violations of Laws.
General Guidance for Administration of Madrasah :-
Administration Body :-
The Administration body at Al-Furqan Islamic Center plays a pivotal role in setting the
strategic direction and overseeing the overall operations of the Madrasah. They are
responsible for financial management, infrastructure development, and ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements. The Administration body works closely with
the Madrasah Committee to implement policies and procedures that support the
institution's mission and vision.
The administration body of Al-Furqan Islamic Center in Lagsure, Moyale, Ethiopia
consists of the Madarasah Committee, Teachers, and Principal. These individuals work
together to oversee the management and operation of the center, ensuring the delivery
of quality Islamic education and guidance to the students.
1. Madrasah Committee :-
The Madrasah Committee serves as the governing body of our institution, providing
oversight and guidance on key decisions. They work collaboratively with the
Administration body to ensure effective implementation of educational programs and
initiatives. The Madrasah Committee plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and
inclusive environment for students, teachers, and staff, promoting unity and
cooperation within the Madrasah community.
The administration of Al-Furqan Islamic Center in Lagsure, Moyale, Ethiopia is pleased
to announce the current members of the madrasah committee. The dedicated
individuals serving on the committee are as follows :-

These esteemed committee members play a crucial role in overseeing the operations
and decision-making processes of the madrasah. Their commitment to the
advancement of Islamic education and the well-being of our students is greatly
appreciated. We are confident in their abilities to lead and support the goals of Al-
Furqan Islamic Center.
2. Teachers :-
Our dedicated teachers are at the forefront of delivering quality education to our
students. They are responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans, assessing
student progress, and providing feedback and support to students. Teachers play a
critical role in nurturing students' intellectual, social, and emotional development,
creating a conducive learning environment that encourages academic excellence and
personal growth.
The administration of Al-Furqan Islamic Center in Lagsure, Moyale, Ethiopia is pleased
to announce the current 1446H teachers who are dedicated to imparting knowledge
and guidance to our students. The esteemed teachers are as follows :-

These teachers bring a wealth of experience, expertise, and passion to their roles,
ensuring the delivery of high-quality Islamic education at our center.
3. Principal :-
The Principal of Al-Furqan Islamic Center serves as the leader of the Madrasah,
overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the overall success of the institution.
The Principal provides leadership and guidance to teachers and staff, fosters a culture
of excellence and continuous improvement, and engages with parents and the
community to strengthen relationships and promote collaboration. The Principal
works closely with the Administration body and Madrasah Committee to align
educational programs with the institution's vision and mission.
The administration of Al-Furqan Islamic Center in Lagsure, Moyale, Ethiopia is proud
to announce that Sheikh Mohammed Dabasso Dhuke is currently serving as the
Principal of our madrasah. With his extensive knowledge, leadership skills, and
dedication to Islamic education, Sheikh Mohammed is a valuable asset to our
educational institution. Under his guidance, we are confident that our students will
continue to receive the highest quality of Islamic education. We are honored to have
Sheikh Mohammed leading our madrasah and look forward to his continued

Guidance on Administration of Education Curriculum :-
1. Department of Memorizing Holy Quran :-
Vision :- To cultivate a deep love and understanding of the Quran among students,
enabling them to memorize and recite the holy verses with proficiency and reverence.
Mission :- To provide a structured and supportive learning environment that facilitates
memorization, revision, and mastery of Quranic verses.
Role :- To guide students in memorizing the Quran, helping them develop strong
memorization skills, recitation techniques, and understanding of the meanings of the
verses.
The Al-Furqan Islamic Center in Lagsure, Moyale, Ethiopia is proud to announce the
subjects offered by the Department of Memorizing the Holy Quran. The department
provides comprehensive education in the following subjects :-
1. Qur'an
2. Tafsir
3. Tajweed
4. Qa'ida Nuraniyah
We are dedicated to providing our students with a well-rounded and in-depth
understanding of the Holy Quran. The curriculum is designed to foster a deep
connection with the Quran, ensuring proficiency in recitation, understanding of its
meanings, and mastery of the rules of Tajweed. We are committed to nurturing a
generation of individuals who will carry the light of the Quran with honor and
excellence.
We extend our gratitude to all those who support and participate in this noble endeavor,

2. Department of Islamic Studies :-
Vision :- To impart comprehensive knowledge of Islamic teachings, values, and
practices, fostering spiritual growth and moral development in students.
Mission :- To offer engaging and relevant Islamic studies curriculum that equips
students with a deep understanding of Islamic principles, history, and ethics.
Role :- To educate students on fundamental Islamic beliefs, rituals, and practices,
encouraging them to apply these teachings in their daily lives and interactions.

deepen their knowledge of Hadith, Towhid, Fiqhi, Sirah, and even Mathematics from
an Islamic perspective. Our goal is to equip our students with the necessary skills and

values.

Mission :- To provide rigorous language instruction that develops students' reading,
writing, listening, and speaking skills in English, Arabic, and Amharic.
Role :- To empower students with linguistic fluency and cultural awareness in diverse
languages, preparing them for academic success and intercultural dialogue.
The Al-Furqan Islamic Center in Lagsure, Moyale, Ethiopia is proud to offer a
comprehensive education in the Department of Arabic, English, and Amharic
languages. The department provides a thorough understanding of the following

In conclusion, at Al-Furqan Islamic Center Lagsure Moyale Ethiopia, we are committed to

Committee, Teachers, and Principal, as well as establishing focused visions, missions, and

Mission of Al-Furqan Islamic Center Lagsure Moyale Ethiopia
Al-Furqan Islamic Center Lagsure Moyale Ethiopia is dedicated to providing a comprehensive
Islamic education that nurtures the spiritual, academic, and linguistic development of its
students. Our mission is to instill a deep understanding and love for Islam, while also
equipping students with proficiency in Arabic, English, and Amharic languages.
Vision of Al-Furqan Islamic Center Lagsure Moyale Ethiopia
Our vision is to produce well-rounded individuals who are firmly grounded in their faith,
possess a strong command of Islamic knowledge, and are proficient in multiple languages. We
aim to cultivate students who are empowered to contribute positively to their communities and
the world at large.
Goals and Objectives of Al-Furqan Islamic Center Lagsure Moyale Ethiopia
1. Qur'an Memorization :-
By the end of their 6-year journey at Al-Furqan Islamic Center, students will have memorized
the entire Qur'an, demonstrating a deep understanding and appreciation of its teachings.
2. Proficiency in Islamic Studies :-
Students will have a comprehensive understanding of various subjects within Islamic studies,
including but not limited to Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh, and Seerah.
3. Language Proficiency :-
Graduates will be fluent in Arabic, English, and Amharic languages, enabling them to
effectively communicate and engage with diverse communities.
4. Certification :-
Upon completion of the 6-year program, students will be awarded three certificates, signifying
their achievements in Qur'an memorization, Islamic studies, and language proficiency.
These goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound, aligning with our
commitment to providing a holistic educational experience for our students.
Rules and Regulations of Al-Furqan Islamic Center, Lagsure Moyale, Ethiopia
1. Adherence to Islamic Principles :-
All students, staff, and visitors of Al-Furqan Islamic Center are expected to adhere to the
principles of Islam in their conduct and behavior. This includes honesty, respect for others,
and adherence to Islamic teachings.

2. Dress Code :-
All students and staff are required to dress modestly in accordance with Islamic guidelines.
This includes wearing loose-fitting clothing that covers the body appropriately.
3. Attendance :-
Regular attendance is mandatory for all students. Absences must be reported to the
administration with a valid reason. Excessive absences may result in disciplinary action.
4. Respect for Teachers and Elders :-
Students are expected to show respect to their teachers and elders at all times. Disrespectful
behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Academic Integrity :-
Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Students found
engaging in such behavior will face disciplinary action.
6. Respect for Property :-
All students are expected to respect the property of the madrasah and others. Vandalism or
theft will result in severe consequences.
7. Discipline and Punishment :-
Disciplinary actions will be taken in accordance with Islamic values and principles.
Punishments may include verbal warnings, written warnings, detention, suspension, or
expulsion, depending on the severity of the offense.
8. Conflict Resolution :-
Any conflicts or disputes should be resolved peacefully and in accordance with Islamic
teachings. Violence or aggression will not be tolerated.
9. Reporting Violations :-
Any violations of the rules and regulations should be reported to the administration
immediately. Confidentiality will be maintained during the investigation process.
10. Amendments to Rules :-
The administration reserves the right to amend or update the rules and regulations as needed.
Any changes will be communicated to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
By enrolling in Al-Furqan Islamic Center, all students agree to abide by these rules and
regulations. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action up to and including expulsion
from the madrasah.
Disciplinary Actions for Violations at Al-Furqan Islamic Center, Lagsure Moyale, Ethiopia
1. Dress Code Violation :-

 First offense :- Verbal warning and counseling by the administration.


 Second offense :- Written warning and parent/guardian meeting.

 Third offense :- Suspension from classes for a specified period.

2. Attendance Violation :-
 First offense :- Verbal warning and counseling by the administration.

 Second offense :- Written warning and parent/guardian meeting.

 Third offense :- Suspension from classes for a specified period.

3. Respect for Teachers and Elders Violation :-


 First offense :- Verbal warning and counseling by the administration.

 Second offense :- Written warning and mandatory community service.

 Third offense :- Suspension from classes for a specified period.

4. Academic Integrity Violation :-


 First offense :- Written warning and mandatory academic integrity workshop.

 Second offense:-Suspension from classes for a specified period and parent/guardian


meeting.
 Third offense :- Expulsion from the madrasah.

5. Respect for Property Violation :-


 First offense :- Verbal warning and restitution for damages caused.

 Second offense:-Written warning, mandatory community service, and parent/guardian


meeting.
 Third offense :- Suspension from classes for a specified period.

These disciplinary actions are designed to maintain a respectful and conducive learning
environment at Al-Furqan Islamic Center. The administration reserves the right to implement
additional measures based on the severity and frequency of the violations. All students and
parents are expected to adhere to these disciplinary actions as part of their enrollment at the
madrasah.
