Dear Student
Enjoy your Summer Break by following these simple guidelines:
● Make a set routine & follow it

● Focus on cleanliness and sanitation to stay safe
● Do yoga, meditation or physical exercise to boost your immunity.
● Take healthy home-cooked food only.
● Include seasonal fruits & vegetables in your diet.
● Keep yourself hydrated.
● Wear light coloured cotton clothes.
● Maintain good hygiene & wash your hands at regular intervals.
● Play outdoor games at least for an hour either in the morning or evening.
● Help your parents in household chores.
● Spend some quality time with your grand parents & parents.
● Don’t use mobile phone while taking meals.
● Spend an electric-gadget free day every week.
● Read any newspaper or book for at least 15-20 minutes daily.

for earthquakes. Write a formal letter to the Manager of the

The Russo-Ukrainian War is an ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine,
which began in February 2014. Surf the internet & answer the following
questions
❖ How much territory has Ukraine lost?

❖ How much money did Russia lose in the war?
❖ How many soldiers does Ukraine & Russia have in 2024?
❖ How much did Ukraine Force & Russia Force lose in the war in terms of
killed, missing or injured? Compare the data with the help of bar graph.

• Do page no. 3,4,5,6 and 7 in arbeitsbuch (it is given at the end of your
book)
