    Eg -compare the growth rate of maize applied cattle manure versus maize applied ammonium
    nitrate by measuring the leaf length fortnight from germination up to cob formation (2 weeks after
    germination to 6 weeks).

    What – state the topic

    When-time, both dates to have a year

    How –explain practical activity, treatment thus compound D and manure, watering etc.

    Where –name of the school, Region, Climate, conditions, direction of the garden

    Why –to improve food security, to make recommendations, people are receiving fertilizer from
    government and plenty of kraal manure.

    -NB- use paragraphs

    *LITERATURE

    -use Harvard style of in text referencing and at the end

    -each and every objective should have its own citation. [3]

    - You can also use internet.


    Eg According to Mujaya (2006, 23) states that nitrogen enhances vegetative growth.

    - in data analysis add another source for the other mark [1]

    *METHODOLOGY [10]

    -land preparation

    -explain treatments, include dates

    E.g. I dug a depth of 30cm, I applied manure

    -bed A, l am going to manure

    -bed B I am going to apply fertilizer

    -indicate the quantity of fertilizer if you want.

    bed A : Cattle manure bed B : compound fertilizer

    - label spacing on both beds

    - show measurement of your beds, length and width

    -show in row and inter row, sowing depth

    -labels to be the same.

    How to achieve objectives

    -I am going to measure growth of maize from …….. To ……..using a…….

    - do it for all the objectives
