Sub: Cost estimate for the Supply and installation of total interior(turnkey) work.

At the outset, we thank you for the opportunity given to us to submit the final proposal for the
supply and installation of total interior(turnkey) work given below as per your flat
measurements.

We hope the details submitted are inline with your requirement. Kindly feel free to contact us if
you need any further clarifications.

Please include partition in hall as per the pic posted in watsapp.

Master bed room

1. Master bed room (mbr): wardrobe open able shutters with loft open able shutters.
2. Window below : work station without storage (open type). – WITH STORAGE
3. Mbr: bathroom entrance right side lcd tv purpose wall paneling- above 1 ledge and above
another ledge. – Single full long ledge across the tv top
4. Mbr: bed headboard wall – 2’x3’ size modern wall painting.(1no)
5. Mbr: room entrance right side wall-3no -10” or 12” width open ledge
6. Mbr: plan mirror(back side no storage) and base for storage unit. – Storage unit at
backside

The cost estimate for the above works will be 8,40,000/-

Payment Terms:
50% Advance along with the Purchase Order.
25% after completion of boxes and frames.
15% after completion of shutters in factory.
10% after installation of shutters.

Delivery & Installation:

5 to 6 Weeks from the date of purchase Order along with advance & clear specifications.
