QUICK START GUIDE MANUAL

ON

CANTEEN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS)


 Setup is name Setupfinal.
 Click on setupfinal

 next open the welcome Wizard click on next button.


 Select the location on your computer and then click on next button.

 Need your confirmation then select next button.


 Its take some time and next installation procedure is on,

 And installation process is complete.


 And click on close button.
 And create the shortcut on your desktop.

 Double click on canteen management system.


 For Open the application
 And then open the login form
 Enter your Username, password and usertype.
 And the click on login button.

 Open the dashboard .


 For add desgination click on master entry next click on add designation.

 Then designation form is open


 Next Enter Designation name
 Next Select the Save button for save ,
 And update button for update,
 and delete button for delete,
 and close button for close.
 For add item type click on master entry next click on add item type.
 And next open the item form

 Next Enter item type


 Next Select the Save button for save ,
 And update button for update,
 and delete button for delete,
 and close button for close
 For add Employee click on Employee next click on add employee.

 Click on add employee next open the add employee form.


 Fill all details are required
 Next Select the Save button for save ,
 And update button for update,
 and delete button for delete,
 and clear button for clear all fields.
 For generate Employee report click on Employee next click on
employee report.
 Next generate Employee report

 In this report all the details of employee.

 For add item click on add item Management next click on add item.
 Next Item form is open.

 Fill all details are required


 Next Select the Save button for save ,
 And update button for update,
 and delete button for delete,
 and clear button for clear all fields.
 For generate item report click on item report next click on item report
 In this report all the details of item.
 For add stock click on stock Management next click on add stock.
 Next Stock form is open.

 next open the add stock form.

 Fill all details are required


 Next Select the Save button for save ,
 And update button for update,
 and delete button for delete,
 and clear button for clear all fields.
 For generate stock report click on stock Management next click on stock
report

 In this report all the details of stock.


 For Sales form on Sales Management next click on sales form.

 Next Sales form is open.


 Enter the name and mobile number
 Next click on ADD TO CART
 Next open the item entry
 Select the item you want and fills require data in fields then next the click
on SAVE button, and next order is complete.

 For generate sales report click on sales Management next click on sales
report.

 In this report all the details of sales.


 If you want to change the password click on change password the change
password form is open
 Enter your old password first
 Next your new password,
 And next confirm your new password .
 Then click on change button and password is change.
 If you want to logout your application just click on log out button then
application has been logout.

 If you want to exit your application just click on exit button then
application has been exit.
