    Street, Brgy. 09, Giporlos, Eastern Samar is the owner of a motor vehicle particularly

    That for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND

    CONVEYS and by these presents and have SOLD, TRANSFERRED and CONVEYED
