INTRODUCTION

Industry Overview
Edtech, which is a combination of technology and education, is a progressive integration of
the two fields, and it has transformed the conventional way of learning in different parts of
the world. Nowadays, digitalization has become a part of every aspect of our lives, hence,
Edtech has appeared as a light of innovation which is expected to change the way of learning
in the future by using the power of technology to improve the teaching and learning
experiences.

The Evolution of Edtech:


The Edtech roots can be traced to the personal computers that came into being in the late
20th century. Although, the internet and the mobile devices were the main reasons that Edtech
became the Centre of educational debate. With the evolution of the digital tools and
platforms, Edtech went from the position of being only a supplement to the traditional
learning methods to the comprehensive ecosystems that include the online courses, the
interactive simulations and the adaptive learning algorithms.

Enhancing Access and Inclusivity:


A huge part of the Edtech is the fact that it can make education a democratic process.
Through the online learning platform, the geographical barriers and temporal restrictions are
overcome and the online learning resources are made available to the learners all over the
world. Moreover, Edtech instituted personalized learning experiences, so it was easier for
each student to learn in his or her own way, thus the idea of the strengthened inclusivity and
the ability for every student to be accommodated even those who have special needs.
Fostering Collaborative Learning:
Collaboration is the essential element of Edtech, it is the thing which enables learners to be
involved in projects, discussions, and problem-solving activities, even when they are not
physically together. Through the use of virtual classrooms, video conferencing tools and
collaborative document editing platforms, students and teachers can easily communicate and
share their knowledge and thus, classrooms are no longer the only and the best place to learn
but now the internet allows the interaction regardless of the distance separating the two
parties. Besides, Edtech also creates the link between the world by making the cross-cultural
exchanges and the collaborative projects easier. Thus, the digitally literate global citizens are
trained by the Edtech.

Addressing Challenges and Ethical Considerations:


Edtech is not only full of huge possibilities, but it also has its own set of difficulties and
ethical problems. The problems such as data privacy, digital divide, and algorithmic bias need
a careful look and proactive measures to guarantee that there is an equal access and to protect
the user rights. Besides, the technology is changing quickly and thus, the educators need to be
constantly upgrading their skills to be able to use the technology properly and to cope with
the changes that are happening around them. In general, Edtech is a new technology that is
the main reason of the educational change, it has overturned the traditional boundaries and
has made the access to knowledge possible for everyone. Edtech, which is the application of
technology to improve teaching and learning processes, has the ability to make the learners,
teachers and communities in a way that they will have a future that is inclusive, equal and
interconnected.

Mozohunt Pvt. Ltd. Includes 30-50 employees who were working in their organization.

Mozohunt Pvt. Ltd. is a company that does not have a listing and was incorporated on
October 8, 2021. It is said to be a private limited company in Noida Sector 63, Noida.
 The Company has 2 Directors: Ajay Kumar Singh and Ashish Kumar Singh
Review of Job Assignment

I am going to join a planned program that aims to assist them in the development of industry
knowledge, skills, and comprehension. The four tasks will be spread over two months.

Task 1: The promotional and the marketing of their products and services they offer are
characteristics of sales and Marketing. I will be in charge of selling and marketing the
Mozohunt services that are offered on a subscription basis to potential customers. The main
goal of making money in the range of ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 will be realized by the use of
targeted outreach, lead generation and the communication techniques that are well organized.
This homework will provide me with the invaluable experience in customer relationship
management, market analysis, and sales strategies, which will help me in my future life and
career.
Task 2: Though the managers did not talk about it with the team.
Taks 3: However, be discussed with the team, it is not so.
Task 4: Nevertheless, it is a subject that will never be talked about team.

SIP Objectives

My goals as a marketing intern for the Summer Internship Program would be to be a part of
the team, build useful skills, and get the real-world experience. These are my main goals:

Learning Marketing and Sales Fundamentals: My goal is to learn general marketing


theories that include consumer behavior, product positioning and market segmentation. The
information will be the basis of my career development.

Data Analysis: Through the analysis of the data that is being tracked through marketing
campaign aspire me to discern the better and the more useful insights concerning sales and
marketing.

Understanding Customer Journey: In my 2-month internship I am about to study the


customer journey and their feedback regarding the Mozohunt Pvt. Ltd. products and services.

Feedback and Improvements: I will purposefully try to get feedback from my colleague
and supervisor. Through the necessary feedback, I will be able to develop and enhance my
skills.

Practical Experience: I start with the marketing campaigns, content creation, and finally, the
initiatives. My understanding will be improved, and I will be able to use my theoretical
knowledge to apply it into practice.
Action Plan

Objective 1: The aim is to develop the ability to express oneself clearly, using various
methods of information transmission and interpretation.
Week 1-2
 I attended a workshop to help me to find the daily goals, corporate culture, and
communication style of Mozo Hunt.
 I have to get to know the team members and find out their communication ways.
 The online meeting should be recorded and the notes should be taken for future
reference.
Week 3-4
 The call to action for the students is to actively involve themselves with the sales and
marketing team and be part of the planning and the conversation.

Objective 2: Get to know how the Mozohunt works.

Week 1-2
 Look for advice from our industry mentor on how to understand Mozo Hunt's
business principles.
 It is appropriate to pay attention to how sales and lead generation are obtained through
their subscriptions.
Week 3-4
 Read the chapter on the lead generation strategies and B2B communication and see
how they are related to marketing.
 The section talks about the contributions to the business growth which is the sales
revenue and also the sales revenue is augmented.

Objective 3: The Text Analysis methods applied in the Instruction are Methodological, by
analyzing the given sentence and breaking it down into components.

Thus, by enhancing their chances of getting a full-time job, the interns are effectively
working for the company without any fixed schedule.
Effective Planning:

 The government is the one that, through well-organized daily schedules, schedules
work based on priority and this is the best way to achieve the goals.
 The schedule that is planned is evaluated and changed regularly.

Feedback Loop:

 Observe and see if there are any areas that can be improved by checking the progress
and getting advice from the mentor and family to manage time better.
 Customer interaction and Service Excellence is a vital aspect of retailing that involves
customer service and rapport with customers.

During the internship:

 The target audience is a key component of the discussion that is carried out
 The study of Mozo Hunt's target market and its customers for a clear picture of their
requirements and desires.

Service to Customers:

 Being courteous and attending to the needs of the customers at the Mozo Hunt stores
is a must.
 I should listen so that I can answer the questions they ask and at the same time show
that I care about their feelings and respond to their concerns immediately.
