Assembly Instruction

Top level assembly consist of below parts


1. Rear Bezel Sub Assembly
2. Door Sub Assembly
3. Front Bezel Sub Assembly
4. Depth Modular Pieces
5. Acrylic Windows

1. Rear Bezel Sub Assembly

All 3D printed pieces are labeled

Rear Bezel sub assembly mainly consists four parts

1. Rear Bezel Corner (RBC)


2. Rear Bezel Modular Piece (RBM)
3. Base (Please refer Separate Base Assembly Instruction document)
4. Bezel Screw Cap

• You will need Multiple “Countersunk/Flat Head #8-32 x 0.5-inch length”

STEP 1
Take, 1. Rear Bezel Corner(RBC) and 2.Rear Bezel Modular
Piece(RBM)

STEP 2
Assemble it as shown in image and insert
Countersunk/Flat Head #8-32 x 0.5-inch length
Machine screw , Insert #8-32 Nut at the back side and

Nut Holding Tool

You can use Nut Holding


Tool to hold Nut inside this pocket
It will be easy with this tool (Printable)

Nut Holding Tool Can be used to hold nut at


Various location, So keep it handy !

Repeat this process as per requirement and connect Rear
Bezel Corner(RBC) and Rear Bezel Modular Piece(RBM) in
horizontal and vertical direction as shown using
Countersunk/Flat Head #8-32 x 0.5-inch length
Machine screw and #8-32 Nut.

Bezel Corners (RBC) and Rear Bezel Modular Pieces(RBM)
using Countersunk/Flat Head #8-32 x 0.5-inch length

Insert the Upper beam as shown image/ slide it and assemble
it as per earlier instructions using Countersunk/Flat Head
#8-32 x 0.5-inch length Machine screw and #8-32 Nut.

Door sub assembly mainly consists five parts


1. Door Corner(DC1)
2. Door Corner Mirror(DC2)
3. Door Modular(DM) Piece
4. Front Acrylic Door
5. Rectangular Magnet (Not Shown in above image)

• You will need Multiple “Countersunk/Flat Head #8-32 x 0.5-inch length”


Machine screw and #8-32 Hex Nut and superglue during this assembly

Preliminary step : Prepare Door Corner(DC1) and Door Corner


Mirror(DC2) Parts

Magnet Cap

Magnet and Double


Side tape (Can also Glue)

* Use super glue to glue Magnet Cap with Door Corner

MAGNET INSERTION TO DOOR CORNER(DC1)


AND DOOR CORNER MIRROR(DC2) PART

High Importance
Must check that you enter magnet on same side of pole
for all corner pieces.

• Same pole should face outwards on all four corner


pieces where magnet goes.

- Otherwise, final door assembly will


Attract at some corner and will repulse at some corner

Take, 1. Door Corner(DC1) and 2. Door Modular(DM) Piece

STEP 2
Assemble it as shown in image and insert #8-32 Hex Nut (slide
it in the slot as shown here) and assemble it using
Countersunk/Flat Head #8-32 x 0.5-inch length

STEP 3

Repeat this process as per requirement and connect Door


Corner(DC1), Door Modular Piece(DM) and Door Corner
Mirror(DC2) in horizontal and vertical direction as shown
using Countersunk/Flat Head #8-32 x 0.5-inch length Machine
screw and #8-32 Nut.
* Note : You must use corner pieces as shown in image here.
(Same configuration on diagonal sides)

Insert the Front Acrylic Door as shown (slide inside) at this
stage / slide it

Prepare the upper beam assembly as shown in above image


using Door Corner(DC1), Door Modular Piece(DM) and Door
Corner Mirror(DC2) using Countersunk/Flat Head #8-32 x 0.5-
inch length Machine screw and #8-32 Nut.

3. Front Bezel Sub Assembly

Front Bezel corner(FBC) Front Bezel Modular(FBM)

Front Bezel sub assembly mainly consists three parts


1. Front Bezel corner(FBC)
2. Front Bezel Modular(FBM) piece
3. Rectangular Magnet (Not Shown in above image)

• You will need Multiple “Countersunk/Flat Head #8-32 x 0.5-inch length”


Machine screw and #8-32 Hex Nut during this assembly

Preliminary step : Prepare Front Bezel corner(FBC) Parts

Magnet

Double Side Tape


(Can also super
glue, TRIPLE check
polarity before
gluing)

Front Bezel corner(FBC)

Stick the Double side tape inside the cavity first and then Put the
Magnet on Double Sided tape (You can also Glue Magnet Directly
on piece)

High Importance

Must check that you enter magnet on same side of pole


for all corner pieces and It should be opposite to the
Door Corner pieces.

Otherwise, final door assembly will


Attract at some corner and will repulse at some corner

Take, 1. Front Bezel corner(FBC) and 2. Front Bezel
Modular(FBM) piece

Assemble it as shown in image and insert #8-32 Hex Nut and
assemble it using Countersunk/Flat Head #8-32 x 0.5-inch
length Machine screw

Main Assembly Preparation

To Start working on Main assembly, Initially you will need


1. Rear Bezel Sub Assembly
2. Depth Modular Piece ( Two Kinds of Depth Modular Piece
# explained in next page )

• You will need Multiple “Pan Head #8-32 x 2-inch length”


Machine screw and #8-32 Hex Nut during this assembly

You need to either assemble ,
# Depth Modular Piece(DE-M) Pieces (4 QTY) in each corner
In total 16 QTY

Depth Modular Piece(DE-M)

OR you may use # Depth Modular Piece(DE-M)_4X, (1 qty) in each


corner which is 4times higher than the other modular piece
in total 4 QTY

Using 2 QTY of #8-32 Hex Nut (Put it from back side) and
2 QTY of “Pan Head #8-32 x 2-inch length” Machine screw
* Insert the Nut into the pockets provided in Depth Modular
Piece(DE-M)_4X shown in above image

Tool to hold Screw inside this pocket
It will be easy with this tool (Printable)

Mount Acrylic Windows to the Main Assembly

Insert “Acrylic Window” 4QTY on all four sides as shown

Mount LED on Front Bezel and Assemble Front Bezel with

1. Take out the LED from Box and take out the LED Connection
head

2. Thread LED connection head through depth modular


piece and out the back.

Disclaimer : LED strip can either be cut with scissors or fed all the way through the depth
modular piece (if you don’t want to cut it). Please review documentation for your LED
strip before making any cuts!! If you choose to cut the LED, you are solely liable! The

Insert the “Adapter Mount” on slot provided in


“Rear Bezel Modular Piece”

Insert the “Adapter” on “Adapter Mount” as shown here.

Connect the End of LED Strip with Adapter from provided


connection pin. (* Read Instruction on LED strip Manual to
Know how to connect LED properly with Adapter connector)

Power Cable
Please note. For extra cable length, you can feed the LED portion out of the
Omni and down the wall instead of the power cable. Included with your files 41
are LED covers for this purpose if you so choose.
Back support is only required for very large Omnis, this page is optional

Till now, The Box is ready with LED and Adapter Wire.

Now we will Proceed ahead to mount the “Back Support”


on the wall before mounting “Display Box” on wall

Mount the Back Support on Wall


Using #8 Countersunk wood screws

Holes on Back support for Wood Screw

High Importance

Display box rests on Back support at this


Position (Near to the top), Please select
the appropriate height on wall for Back
support at which you want the Display
box to mount.

Mounting on Wall (Wooden Wall considered), You may choose
According screw size

Place the Display box on Back Support

These holes on corners can be used to mount the box with


wall using #8 Countersunk wood screws
