    Duties and responsibities:
    • Inspection of necessary work permits, prior of any activities at site.
    • Weekly site walks around participation.
    • Making sure that employee for the task at jobsite authorized and trained.
    • Identifying hazard associated to the task.
    • Lockout, tag-out & isolation process.
    • Checklist preparation according to the site situation.
    • Provide proper instruction to every employee before starting work.
    • Taking corrective action for unsafe practices.
    • Color code system implementation Monthly and quarterly.
    • Fire Prevention Precaution.
    • To assist safety manager in coordinates of safety activities.
    • Coordination with the client’s safety representatives regarding safety issues in the job site.
    • Making sure installation of Safety sign boards and barricade to avoid accident.
    • Monitor all workers to ensure proper safety outfit, such as safety helmet, belt, shoes, and
    glass.
    • Reminding all workers that safety is the best policy and to target zero accident.
    • Checking and monitoring incomplete scaffolding and immediate rectification.
    • Responsible to make regular site inspection to monitor sub-contractor’s compliance with safety
    procedure.
    • Support Company Safety, Environment and Health policies and facilities.
    • Daily, weekly, quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities and facilities.
    • Strictly implement the proper use of PPE’s.
    • Immediate action to prevent any imminent danger.
    • Deliver meaningful information in daily safety toolbox meeting about safetyrules, regulations
    and how to prevent accidents.
    • Good efforts for good housekeeping and materials arrangements to provide safe work
    environments.
    • To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.
    • Monitoring and ensuring all employees are aware of their HSE responsibilities.
    • Supervision and conducting investigation of accident and incidents including near misses,
    determination of probable root causes and enforcing preventive measure.
    • Arranging safety training for workers and senior staff.
    • Assuring the new workers come to the site is fully oriented about site safety rules and
    procedures.
    • Ensuring that all work force and equipment are compliance with all prescribed safety
    standards.
    • Conducting daily routine inspection to site employee. Observe all safety rules and regulations
    & takes necessary action to obtain compliance with all safety policies.
    • Ensures the inspection and proper maintenance of all safety equipment at the site.
    • Investigate incidents and prepares report.
    • Participate in response to emergencies as required by the Emergency response plan.

    • Preparing weekly and Monthly reports and submitting the same to corporate office.
    • Attending the weekly HSE meeting with the clients and contractors.
