INTRODUCTION
MSD Tire and Rubber Company incorporated as MontSal
Dynamic (Pvt) Limited in 2013-2014. The company is
commercial importer and market distributor of tyres in Pakistan
for the leading International Tyre brands.
Our main business activities are in the distribution of major
international tyre brands. We operate the most extensive retail
network in Pakistan. We offer a comprehensive range of
products. Currently, we have a wide range of passenger tyres, van
tyres, truck tyres, off-road tyres as well as agricultural tyres.
Satisfaction of our customers has been one of our major goals
since the beginning of the company. Thanks to the attained
Market Knowledge in the fields of manufacturing, media and
International business, we are able to cope with all the
expectations concerning the trade of tyres.
Fast deliveries, competitive prices, the availability of large stocks,
friendly contact with each customer, professional advice and
support are qualities which distinguish us.
We have distribution rights to the top tyre brands in Pakistan.
We only offer checked, original products that meet our high
quality standards.

OUR MARKETING
We are experts at aligning our clients marketing and communication messages and tools with
their objectives and ensuring they are delivered professionally. Our communication is targeted to
reach the right people which include the sub distributors and the decision makers from the
consumer segment.
We have successfully carried out product launches and training conventions for our clients.
Through our product launches and training we help our clients to directly communicate with the
key stakeholders from our distribution network.
FUTURE OUTLOOK
The company is planning to go public by February 2019. Being a public company will
give us the financial and strategic flexibility to continue our successful strategy in the
future. We look forward to the opportunities and benefits of being a listed company.
After the IPO the company is planning to start new projects which would revolutionize
the landscape of Tyre Industry in Pakistan.

FUTURE PROJECTS
MSD Retail: MSD Tire and Rubber Company is set to establish a retail chain for tyres in
Pakistan with 50 outlets all over Pakistan, which would give access to consumers to
authentic imported tyres at fixed prices. The Retail Network will be developed to focus
on the consumer-brand relationshi p and to provide the consumers a reliable solution to
their vehicle needs.

Tyre Retreading Plant: In Pakistan, the growing infrastructural activities coupled with the
rising ownershi p of vehicles have resulted in a significant growth of the tyre industry.
Moreover, with the boom in the agriculture, industrial and construction sectors in Pakistan,
there has been a surge in the demand of Tyres. In-order to provide the maximum benefit
to our corporate customers, MSD Tire and Rubber Company is setting up the first Tyre
Retreading plant in the country.
OUR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK
We are well known for the high quality of our products and our
large distribution network, supplying tyres to over 100 sub distributors
in Pakistan. The trust we have built with our stakeholders help MSD

 LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSING
We have three warehouses in North, South and Central region. We provide different
services in the warehouse space of over 2000 M2 which includes logistics, storage,
packaging, loading and unloading. Our strategic location in all three metropolitan
cities in Pakistan gives us easy and speedy access to main roads. Our personnel
have all licenses and technical knowledge which is needed to operate the
warehouse. We constantly strive to improve to become more cost efficient and to
enhance our service level.
